[2013-02-16] A Google User: Please fix All my tasks on a widget are out of date order! Not cool |
[2013-02-15] A Google User: Love it. Have been using for long time. Works great. 4.2.2 update came on my n7 last night and widget shows blank, I'm sure it will be fixed soon. Good scrollable list widget with multiple Google accounts. If I could "stroke out" with a swipe on widget for complete would be 5 star. |
[2013-02-14] A Google User: Widget not working with 4.2.2 update Yup. That about says it. Edit: scrollable function of widget not working with 4.2.2 |
[2013-02-14] A Google User: Excellent Stable, reliable, easy to use, and efficient! Does what it is supposed to do and syncs quickly and automatically w my Google Tasks. |
[2013-02-10] A Google User: My favorite Google Tasks app.... Nice interface and syncs well. Please add ability to Copy an entire list. |
[2013-02-08] A Google User: Yeah baby. Perfect. |
[2013-02-07] A Google User: Too big! Still a great app, but now too big and I've had to remove and restore from a previous backup. Without the facility to move to SD card, I will not be able take any further updates! |
[2013-02-04] A Google User: Effective! Greatly increases functionality of google tasks! Clean and effective ui. Looking forward to multiple, dated reminders and calendar event creation from tasks. Thanks! |
[2013-01-31] A Google User: Not working with galaxy tab 10.1 Crashing after update. Please fix. |
[2013-01-30] A Google User: Juust what I needed I am using this on a Note II. For me the crucial thing is the way lists are presented, and within the lists the hierarchy of tasks. Other apps i've looked at don't do it nearly as well, if at all. It syncs perfectly with Google and the UI is good. Well worth taking a look at. |
[2013-01-20] A Google User: Mostly Great Love everything about the program, except for the very limited options for repeat events. Ex: Unable to choose the 2nd Sunday of every 12th month, or every 2 years, every 3rd month... |
[2013-01-18] A Google User: Better widget? My favorite Google Tasks sync tool - by far, but the widget could use some work (OK, it really sucks). Sometimes not show the tasks (blank widget), sometimes it only shows a few tasks, and sometimes it doesn't follow the settings on what to show. ICS (HTC Amaze) and Jelly Bean (Nexus 7). |
[2013-01-15] A Google User: This Is The Real Deal I am coming from IOS and CarbonFin's most excellent "Outliner" app. Checked out at least a half-dozen Android-based list/task apps and was not impressed at all until I got to this one.... The online/PC browser-accessible/synced mirror is the killer feature that makes up for Google Tasks' lack of import/expert functionality. You copy and paste on the PC to migrate your lists from CarbonFin.... Only thing missing that I can see is an option to suppress the check boxes. This is a bigger deal that it sounds because people will be using this for heirarchical lists as well as task lists and the check boxes add visual clutter and introduce the possibility of error by accidentally checking them.... It would also be nice if it would import OPML.... OTOH, once somebody has their stuff migrated, who cares? I call this a *solid* four-star app. |
[2013-01-15] A Google User: Just what I needed This syncs perfectly with google tasks and has a reasonably intuitive interface. I think I actually prefer using this app than using google tasks directly on my desktop. Manipulating the various lists is painful and unintuitive. It took me a while to figure out how to change them at all. Hopefully this is remedied in the future. |
[2013-01-08] A Google User: Does not import free version files The paid version of this app does not replace the free version. Anything done in the free version is pretty much stuck there. Syncing caused all off my tasks to lose subtask sets. Everything can in as a primary task. That made the reason for my purchase mute. |
[2013-01-07] A Google User: Used to be better I used to love this app but now I'm luke warm. It switches from one ordering to another when I don't want it to. It gets frustrating. Other than that I love it! |
[2013-01-05] A Google User: Fantastic !! I have tried heaps of task programs that sync with Google tasks and this is by far the best. I have it on my ASUS Tablet and my Galaxy SII it works seemlessly between the two & the syncing is almost immediate . What I would love however is a Windows desktop version as Google Tasks cannot set repeating tasks whilst GTO can. Also a way to set up multiple tasks on one screen just to speed up the process of setting up a project - just a thought :D |
[2013-01-04] A Google User: Awesome App! I love this app - while using google calendar and tasks alone is less than fun (ie: why can't you have repeating tasks????), by using the GTO app it becomes a wonderful experience! I can repeat my tasks all I want :) I was more than happy to pay for the upgrades in the pro version :) |
[2012-12-31] A Google User: Great app. Would like to be able to star/tag tasks that I want tackle first. Does anyone know how-to? Very useful and adaptable. |
[2012-12-31] A Google User: Update the UI Been using this product for a long time and my only complaint? The user interface hasn't been updated to reflect ICS or JB. Works great, but would love to see more aesthetic integration. |
[2012-12-20] A Google User: Best of the Google task apps. That I've used anyway. |
[2012-12-17] A Google User: Great app. Would like task filtering for widget I like this app enough to purchase the pro version. There are two things could improve it. 1: It would be really nice to be able to set different levels of task filtering in the actual app and in the widget, so I could have just today's tasks (for example) appear in the widget and still be able to see all tasks for this week in the app. 2: It doesn't sync well across devices. If I've updated a task on my phone, often that update does not appear on my tablet. |
[2012-12-13] A Google User: One of the best Simply wow. Gets better all the time. Syncing is so fast! |
[2012-12-12] A Google User: Best task app Let me snooze tasks for x days or months and you get 5 stars :) |
[2012-12-12] A Google User: Bad widget design Each time you tick an item the background briefly shows the message "if you do not see the list appearing........ "and then changes back to the main list... useless widget refresh |
[2012-12-11] A Google User: Cant download cant get refund! BUYER BEWARE! |
[2012-12-10] A Google User: Amazing. Needs Update ui to holo for perfect This is still the only app that integrates with Google tasks AND Google calendar (I can see tasks in calendar app), which is something that should be default behavior - being able to see calendars entries and task due dates in the calendar app. Bad ui though, which is OK seeing as how I use it as a back end tool to connect tasks and calendar Dev if ure seeing this please update to holo ui if you can |
[2012-12-09] A Google User: Best ever Can't function without this app! A perfect companion to Google task service. |
[2012-12-08] A Google User: Nice Customizable Widgets ! It's great to have my todo lists right on my launcher screens where I can see them all the time. This is one of the most useful apps on my phone. Thanks! |
[2012-12-08] A Google User: Tomas to do. |
[2012-12-08] A Google User: Best google tasks app I've tried them all, this one is the best by far. Supports multiple lists from multiple accounts. Syncing works flawlessly so you can update from the device or the web. Top quality app. |
[2012-12-08] A Google User: Sort messed up since last update. Sort just says no due date even though they all have dates. It's the multi search function which is wrong. Can't do due date and custom. Both have to be due date for it to sort by date. Messed up since last update. |
[2012-12-08] A Google User: Good stuff I use this daily and really like it. |
[2012-12-07] A Google User: Mega-awesome!!! A life changer. Worth its weight in adamantium. GTO is the most nearly perfect to-do tool that I have ever used. Has paid for itself over & over in productivity gains. Just needs more cosmetic style, maybe more color themes. |
[2012-12-07] A Google User: Great app I used the free one for awhile and liked it so much that I bought the upgrade. When I had one question the company got back to me very quickly. Great app. Great company, too. |
[2012-12-07] A Google User: Best for managing GTD context based task lists I searched thru a number of task managers before I settled for this app. This app is best for managing GTD context based tasks lists. Also good for keeping a project tree. The only thing I found missing is the ability to see only the next actions ( tasks that dont have any uncompleted subtasks ). I wrote to the developer about this issue and the developer promised to work on a view that shows only next actions from an outlined task list. Still waiting for that after almost an year. |
[2012-12-05] A Google User: A good Google Tasks app but Cannot custom sort if sorted by completion.. interface could look more colourful and less clunky... Not sexy like gtasks or others. |
[2012-12-05] A Google User: Costly but excellent! This app rocks. Sub tasks, multiple lists, gtasks integration. The best part is the widget. It's scrollable, customizable and nest. But cost is too much. |
[2012-12-04] A Google User: Lovin the new features This is my all time favorite app. Easy to use and depend on. The only addition I might like to try is voice input with auto scheduling (such as a personal assistant)... actually no, keep gto as is, and make a personal assistant app adopt this app. Great job all around. |
[2012-12-03] A Google User: Useful app... useless options in the paid version. Paid version is not worth the money... Options in the paid version are useless when you want subtasks indented... smart headings and colored headings are deactivated when the app demands you switch to "custom sort". It's NOT A CUSTOM SORT!!! I want my list sorted by date ascending... NOT POSSIBLE with Subtasks indented. Who came up with that?!?! |
[2012-12-02] A Google User: Good, but... ...v3.2 is a very long time coming. I need the option to hide selected lists from the All Lists view. |
[2012-12-02] A Google User: Galaxy s3 Runs like an absolute charm on my S3. Sync with Google works 100%. The paid version is worth it. |
[2012-12-02] A Google User: Wonderful app Syncs perfectly. |
[2012-12-02] A Google User: Great ap0 |
[2012-12-01] A Google User: long time user I've used this app for a couple of years & it works flawlessly. |
[2012-12-01] A Google User: Repeat Reminders??? I don't notice much of a difference with recent update. I still can't set it to repeat reminders on weekdays only. Tinjasoft should ask developer of Col Reminder how to set up this feature. |
[2012-11-28] A Google User: Best I've found! Great app! |
[2012-11-26] A Google User: user friendly |
[2012-11-24] A Google User: Outlook please I LOVE THIS APP ... that being said, I use outlook for work and would love to keep my work tasks "at work". Otherwise as far as interface, I love it. Only one that I've seen that allows the sub tasks like Google. Add outlook and this app would be perfect! |
[2012-11-23] A Google User: Very slow sync |
[2012-11-23] A Google User: Excellent app. Does everything I want. Highly recommended. One of the few apps that handles GT inability to create recurring tasks (and my personal must have - recurring tasks after completions eg. reschedule 1 week after completion). One thing I would like to see is the ability to set the beginning of the week so that "next week" doesn't necessarily mean 7 days from now but instead means in the next calendar week. This is one of the few apps that I use every day and rely on. Thanks and keep up the great work |
[2012-11-19] A Google User: Near perfect TDL app I use this app everyday and though it's not perfect, it is good. Occasional sync issues and lately, a parameter error when a new list is created but both issues seem to resolve themselves given a few minutes. I like the widget to be totally transparent but there's still a trace of the border at the very top and bottom which I'd prefer not to see if I've opted to set the background opacity to zero. I'd also like to be able to add reminders independently of due dates when adding tasks. |
[2012-11-17] A Google User: Excellent functionality... Bloody ugly, though!!! Choice was between this and gTasks. GTasks is far superior in terms of UI / graphics and 'feel'. However, the ability the collapse subtasks won the day for me. I'll put up with the negatives for that single function! |
[2012-11-15] A Google User: Fantastic The weak point with Android task programs is moving items around. This one is very clear and precise. This alone is worth gold. But on top of that, it allows expansion and collapse of sub-task, something that Google task on PC badly needs. Overal great interface too and relatively reliable. Great job! |
[2012-11-13] A Google User: Underrated It's by far the best to-do, Google-Tasks-enabled app I've tried. |
[2012-11-04] A Google User: Very poor performance There are lot of bugs in this application. 1)Not syncing automatically though automatic updation is selected. The only good thing about this application is sync multiple accounts tasks at one place |
[2012-11-03] A Google User: Jp Keeps me so organized |
[2012-10-22] A Google User: Complete garbage Doesn't work on my tablet which is running ice cream sandwich. Works on my phone but application is simple, boring, and not worth any over $0.00 |
[2012-10-19] A Google User: Great app -simple, easy effective Not much else to say Brilliant app, thanks |
[2012-10-17] A Google User: OK Used this app for quite some time and for the most part it's OK. That being said, it has always been extremely (painfully) slow to sync. Lately, it has been having trouble connecting. I don't know if it's the app , provider or Google? I'm giving up on Google task. If anyone knows of a good To-Do list app, that isn't overloaded with junk and sync's to the cloud, drop me a line. |
[2012-10-13] A Google User: Very good app Very handy. |
[2012-10-10] A Google User: One recommendation I would like to be able to view tasks in a calender mode and view events and tasks in one view. Otherwise seems to work well. |
[2012-10-10] A Google User: Does not work on Galaxy Tab 2 Like it on my HTC phone, but it won't work on my Tab. Stuck in "enter password for xxxx@gmail.com". Shows a black screen, no keyboard, no passwork entry field. |
[2012-10-09] A Google User: Great! But I would like some more customization options for the widget's appearance (such as be able to remove the top and bottom frame). |
[2012-10-06] A Google User: Can NOT Sync with Google Tasks accounts I just purchased GTO I couple of weeks ago and it seems well designed and thought out. BUT it definitely still is a work in progress. Biggest problem is that there are major problems syncing with my already existing online Google Tasks accounts. The online help site is only minimally helpful. As just one example, the search function does not work at all. If the developer successfully conquers the syncing problem and includes a way of setting priorities for tasks, this could be a truly excellent |
[2012-10-04] A Google User: Where's Calendar Push? Why wont calendar push work on my droid razr? It worked for a while and now nothing. Love the app. Please fix calendar push! |
[2012-10-01] A Google User: Very useful keeps getting better with updates. Would be nice to have a new field for assigning importance. |
[2012-09-30] A Google User: Moved to Tasks+ Pro |
[2012-09-28] A Google User: Best task app for me Like being able to easily view all tasks sorted by due date and then quickly switch to a single task group. Use with Agenda widget. |
[2012-09-27] A Google User: Bay Top app works well with gmail |
[2012-09-25] A Google User: Love this... 5 stars if you add a priority level for sorting |
[2012-09-23] A Google User: Very nifty and useful apps cool app |
[2012-09-22] A Google User: Really good, one suggestion though It would be great if you could add a widget add on pack... The app is getting large in size and an option to move to SD while keeping widgets would be appreciated. |
[2012-09-21] A Google User: Great task list app App |
[2012-09-21] A Google User: Fixed Thanks for fixing widget crash error promptly |
[2012-09-20] A Google User: Great when it works The latest update FCs on my Galaxy S2 when scrolling is enabled. When this app is working it is great, though. Please fix! |
[2012-09-20] A Google User: Awesome app! |
[2012-09-20] A Google User: Best $3 I ever spent! This app is fantastic! Google needs to hire the developer to fix their software for tasks. It does everything Google Tasks does not: you can drag items higher or lower, easily transfer items from one list to another. Syncs easily and seamlessly with google tasks and across devices. Love it love it. I use tasks function a lot so I think this is the best $3 I ever spent! Eagerly waiting for the PC version! |
[2012-09-20] A Google User: Essential! This app is a true God-send! Seamless syncing, user friendly + all of the most useful options & no waste! Definitely 1 of my essential apps. |
[2012-09-19] A Google User: Not sure I could live without it now Saved me! Transition from windows to mac left me missing Outlook task mgr. I was forgetting SO much. Tried various other tools, but this and Google calendar have me functioning normally again. Everyone comments on how organized I am! |
[2012-09-19] A Google User: Last version fc Great app, but at JellyBean, widget FC once clicked, please fix! |
[2012-09-19] A Google User: It works! Great app! So handy to have. Not sure how I ever got along without it. |
[2012-09-15] A Google User: Developing but not feature rich While one of the few apps to sync with Google, it produced lots of duplicates in doing so, including dupe lists. Made lots lots of good progress in the last updates! |
[2012-09-13] A Google User: Great way to manage. Love it. |
[2012-09-13] A Google User: Organization Great to keep list organized. Use it daily. Keep up with things I am doing and need to do. Fantastic! |
[2012-09-05] A Google User: Love it, but a little tweak is needed So many options & syncs really well! I need a really simple function, but can't get this app to do it. I want to be able to custom order the list as priorities change - while still have completed tasks move to bottom of the list as they are checked off. Even using the "multi sorting " function , it will only do one or the other? Please let me know if there is a way to do this. |
[2012-09-03] A Google User: Really good. Lacking one thing Creating reminders is slow because you have to load up two separate pop ups to choose a day and a time. One pop up with both would be awesome. I've seen it on other apps, but I still prefer this app because of other features. I really do love this app. |
[2012-09-03] A Google User: At the beginning, I see the page "all lists" and it shows all my tasks which is good but I don't have the option of separating them by category, why? |
[2012-09-02] A Google User: Great Job Works on my tablet and Motorola matrix with no issues |
[2012-08-30] A Google User: Greatest To-Do App Ever This app comes from a great company with great customer service. After testing 20 apps, I found this to be exactly what my multi-tasked life needed. I found customer service to be stellar. If you are as anal and busty as I am, try the free addition. I promise you will love the product. Between the customer service and the incredible app, I would have paid 5X what this app cost!!!! |
[2012-08-28] A Google User: Love the App but.... This app does everything I need it to BUT it does not give you the option of permanently deleting old task folders. This becomes a big issue because EVERY TIME it syncs to my other calendars it syncs the deleted folders, too. I am having to delete the deleted folders over and over again. Too time consuming and makes me want to look for something else. |
[2012-08-26] A Google User: Collapsible nodes is amazing. Try my todo list sty This is an excellent to-do app and the best I have found so far. You can collapse nodes in the non-lite version. I like using an agile type of to-do system. To do this make 3 lists: Priority 1, Priority 2, Priority 3. Put your highest priority items in the Priority 3 list. When that list gets too cluttered, make a Priority 4 list and only put your top 3-5 to-do items in it. Give it a try! The one huge feature that I would highly recommend they try (eg. like an optional google lab) is "drilling down". A view where you only see the node and its sub-nodes. The one program that I know does this drilling down well is xMind - a free mind mapping program. Devs please check it out :-). |
[2012-08-26] A Google User: Best task integration with Google tasks I used to use "Taskos" but it kept messing up the sync with Google task. In this app the sync works fine, which is why I switched. |
[2012-08-24] A Google User: Pretty decent Works pretty good. Like that it has an option for repeating tasks, but it would be nice to be able to select like 8 weeks rather than 56 days. |
[2012-08-23] A Google User: Perfect/ best Runs perfectly on Motorola Defy+. Tried a few similar apps but this is by far and away the best. Set up to just how you want it. Syncs perfectly- just when you want it too. User interface set out just right. Sub categories. Can't think of a bad word to say about it. Even the price is right. |
[2012-08-20] A Google User: Works great, needs updated look Has the right functions but needs a better look, like Producteev. Needs a desktop or Web version. After about a year of using it I switched to Producteev. Much nicer. |
[2012-08-14] A Google User: coudn't even see it opened ... failed to start every time |
[2012-08-13] A Google User: The only one there is! Brilliant ... but needs icons and colours Icons and colours? ... would complete the only true drag and drop tree hierarchy app there is for Android. Your app is absolutely brilliant .... I use it all the time ... thankyou, thankyou, thankyou ... PLEASE would you complete it by a whole array of wonderful icons and the ability to make different catageries with different colours ... then it would be absolutely, totally awsome .... thanks |
[2012-08-08] A Google User: Nexus 7 Awesome app!! One suggestion to add a filter to show recently completed and uncompleted tasks. |
