FPM2 For Android (v. 0.03) Разработано Braiden Kindt |
Provides access to FPM2 password database. FPM2 is Linux/GTK+ password manager. Access to data is read-only. ACCESS IS READ-ONLY, so if you're not already managing password on your PC using FPM2 this software is probably useless.

Installation:
Copy "~/.fpm/fpm" from your PC to external storage on your phone. The data will be imported the first time you start the application, and whenever a new file is found.

[2012-06-07] Peter: Just works EDIT: I discovered that search is provided. You just have to "long-press" your phones "menu" button (on ICS this is left soft-button) and a search dialog appears. Now this is a 5-star application. Great work. Its fantastic this app just works and uses the FPM2 database with no hassle. There is one really important missing feature that would make this perfect. It needs search. I have literally hundreds of passwords for servers, web-apps, web-sites etc etc. It becomes very hard to scroll down a list of 400 passwords to find the one you need. Searching with the same features as the FPM2 linux desktop application would make life so much easier. Great work - big thanks. If you can add search you'd be a hero. |

[2011-12-21] Brian: Easy and effective Having long (and unique) passwords is a pain. I use FPM2 religiously on my home computer, but when I'm traveling, this will be handy to have quick access to my passwords. I'm not sure if this is actively being developed still - but it'd be nice to have the timeout be based on idle time instead of time since login. But that's a minor gripe. It's fast, easy to use, tiny, open source and doesn't require any crazy permissions. |

[2011-08-06] Pat: I recently upgraded to a Droid from a Blackberry. I was so glad to see that FPM2 was available. I've been using FPM2 on Linux. Great app. |
