Fliq Calendar syncs with Microsoft Outlook and Apple iCal and includes numerous enhancements over the built-in Calendar application:

[2012-11-11] A Google User: Recurring event problem Virtually all apps have trouble handling recurring events, and Fliq is no exception. I created a recurring event. Then I changed "this, and all future events" to a different time. Result: instead of just moving the events, it created a duplicate set. So now I have two series of recurring events! The only app I've tested which has handles recurring events flawlessly is Companion Link. Expensive, yes; but it works. |

[2012-10-09] A Google User: Alarms fail Alarms only work while the app is running. But even then they normally come twice as early as you set them - although sometimes they ring at random. Also, this calendar does not use Android's built-in calendar database. So there is no connection to other calendar using apps. Fliq calendar only makes sense to use in conjunction with "Missing Sync", otherwise there are better calendar apps. (And Missing Sync only makes sense to use if you are Mac based.) After 1 1/2 years I say good bye to Fliq and Missing Sync. |

My only complaint (and it might be my HTC Vivid) is the reminders are not loud and long enough and I am missing reminders because of volume and lack of snooze reminders. |

The provider has supplied an additional work around which worked for a period but has now stopped working. My view overall is that this is a bit of a pain. |

They are found no where. the software also makes changes to the outlook settings. I just installed the trial and wanted to buy it of it suits my requirement. I sent a support request and there is no answer. There are many more apps on this site which work much better and well supported too.I am happy that i uninstalled it!!! |

[2012-06-21] A Google User: Samsung infuse & macbook pro lion Zero customer support @ a premium price. I have used missing sync for past 8 mos. It worked pretty well on my Macbook + snowleopard for fliq notes and calendar. That computer was stolen, and I have a new computer as above. Ical will not sync from Fliq Cal and Mark/Space has zero (0) customer support. Fliq notes still syncs. Up until six weeks ago I was supporter and defender of M/S: Zero customer support for a premium price product. |

However, the fliq calendar is a problem. It syncs fast, but I get 2 of everything. Tech support was no help. This is an obvious huge glitch that needs to be fixed before I can give it 5 stars. I would like to use this rather than Google calendar! Please fix! |

Voice commands that display available calendars will pull up the generic droid calendar and the google calendar. It also doesn't allow you to enter an event as a repeating event that occurs multiple times a week without entering it multiplexer times. For example going to the gym sun, mon, wed, fri. I would have to enter event 4 times each to repeat weekly. |

It does not support the Category labels used in Outlook, and will in fact remove all your Outlook Category labels and colours if you sync it set to overwite your Outlook settings. Also has Record Locking problems with Outlook, and resets manyof Outlooks settings. |

That was only acceptable back when I was using Palm with Mark/Space's software, and the Palm couldn't connect to the web |
