To sync with Google calendar just put "payday" or "Trade off", etc. somewhere in the title of the event. The corresponding symbol will show up in Fire Shifts.
$ = Payday
TO = Trade Off
TW = Trade Work
V = Vacation
* = Holiday
Works indefinitely.
