Fail Log: Habit Tracker (v. 5.5) Разработано Amimetic |
Eliminate negative habits (for Free) with Fail Log.
Do you find yourself using Facebook or email more than you'd like? Or eating too much unhealthy food? Or smoking? Or doing other negative things? Fail Log can help.
The problem with lots of negative activities are that they have a small, short-term, repeated positive feedback. This is what can make them so addictive.
Fail Log allows you to quickly and easily make a record of when you give in to a negative habit. This associates a negative feedback with it, which will help you avoid doing it in the future.
Later you can use the app to analyse when you are most likely to fail (and then you can then take action at these times to avoid doing it).
"I like it, simple and to the point, makes u accountable"

[2013-05-11] A Google User: Excellent concept Having this in conjunction with the success tracker provides a fun and effective way to improve yourself. It would be nice if you could assign a different value for each failure making some failures more serious than others. I love the app and will continue using it. |

[2013-04-07] A Google User: Suggestion Can you please change the times for occurrences to a 12-hour clock format or make that option available |
|
[2013-01-05] A Google User: Widget not Resetting! wtf yo... the widget is not resetting to 0 on a new day. isn't it supposed to?! kinda defeats the purpose of DAILY tracking when it doesn't roll over to 0 on a new day! what's up with this?! deleting app & widget until this capability exists! |
|
[2013-01-02] A Google User: Suggestion You can also add the number of failures of each failure in the main screen as u did the success log app. Thanks |

[2011-10-14] A Google User: simple, elegant behavior monitoring This is a nice little tool for monitoring your negative behaviors. Ultimately, I didn't find it that motivating, but I found the developer's other apps -- ToDo Log and Habit Streak -- to be extremely motivating. This one is definitely worth a try, and it's got an excellent interface that is clean and simple. |
