This mobile application is a companion app for Insperity™ ExpensAble® Corporate. If you are an ExpensAble Office customer, please install the mobile application titled Insperity ExpensAble Office; this application is not designed to work with Insperity ExpensAble Office.

ExpensAble Corporate is a convenient, money-saving, web-based, expense reporting tool designed for companies with more than 10 expense filers.

A great time saver for the busy traveler who is expected to submit expenses, approve expense reports or both using ExpensAble Corporate.

As an ExpensAble Corporate customer, you can use the mobile application to:

Create individual expenses
- Capture receipts with your device’s camera
- Add expense details
- Customize merchant and city lists
- Convert foreign currencies using built-in, real-time currency converter
- Autocomplete your location using location services
- Send expenses and photo receipts to your personal ExpensAble Corporate “E-bin”

Approve Expense Reports
- Review high-level details
- Drill in to view individual expenses within the report
- Approve or reject the report
- View receipt attachments
- View policy warnings
- Forward to another approver

Expense card
- View card status, balance, transaction history and pending transactions
- Drill-in to view transaction details
- Request funds
- View request history
- Review and approve/reject funds requests

Use the mobile application, and you can snap photos of receipts right at the point of purchase and send them to ExpensAble Corporate. Once you log into ExpensAble Corporate, your mobile transactions are in the electronic bin or E-bin, ready to be added to your reports. You can even use the feature if you have no connectivity at the time. Expenses are simply saved in your unsent list.

To use this mobile app, you will need the company ID, username and password used to sign-in to ExpensAble Corporate.
