Executive Assistant + (v. 1.8.6) Разработано Appventive |
Executive Assistant (EA) provides an all-in-one interface for quickly reviewing your:
+ Email: any combination of GMail, Google Apps, or POP/IMAP accounts. Exchange too if you use a supported email client. See below for a list of supported clients.
+ Text messages: both native and Google Voice, including pop-up and reply options
+ Missed calls: return calls directly from the app
+ Calendar events (including Exchange & Facebook if supported by your phone)
+ Tasks: Astrid, Google Tasks Organizer (lite & pro), Got To Do, GTasks by Dato, ToDo Task Manager (lite or pro), or TouchDown
+ Google Reader
+ Twitter timeline
+ Facebook news
Use in any of 3 modes:
+ Lock Screen: Use as a lock screen replacement to preview all of your stuff without going thru the hassle of unlocking the phone. You choose which info is safe to show on the lock screen.
+ Welcome Screen: Instant-on immediately after unlocking the phone. Don't pattern lock your phone? Give this mode a try for instant access to all your stuff.
+ Home Screen Widget: 'always on' interface wherever you want it. Use a full-widget that includes a preview area, or a single-row, icons-only widget that simply shows the app icons with counts. Many sizes to choose from. Optionally use a Sense-like or Glass theme for the full-widget.
Full-widgets are scrollable for Android 3.0 & later, and for any launcher that supports version 2 of the scrollable widgets extension, such as: ADW, Launcher+, Go and Zeam (but not Launcher Pro since it uses version 1).
In every mode: launch apps, return missed calls, dial voicemail (or optionally choose to launch Google Voice, Visual Voicemail or any other voicemail app).
Reply to SMS messages directly from the Welcome Screen or Lock Screen, without unlocking (if you enable this option).
Host your favorite widgets & shortcuts on lock or welcome screen.
The background image will be the same as your home screen wallpaper (including live wallpapers). Customize the color and transparency of the text displays in all modes. Optionally select custom icons for the tabs.
Supported POP/IMAP clients: Enhanced Email, K9 and Kaiten Mail
You don’t need to use a supported client to access POP/IMAP accounts in EA, however, if you do, then EA can access your messages directly from the on-device database, without having to fetch them over your data connection. Also, tapping a message in EA will open it in the corresponding app.
If you don’t want to use one of the supported email clients, then you can use EA’s free POP/IMAP add-on to fetch your messages from your mail server (EA will install it for you if you decide to use it).
Supported Exchange clients: TouchDown by NitroDesk and Enhanced Email by Quantum Solutions
If you want to preview Exchange email in EA, your best options are to use either TouchDown or Enhanced Email. TouchDown is a dedicated Exchange app that gives you access to your corporate email, calendar and tasks. Enhanced Email is a general email client that supports Exchange accounts in addition to POP/IMAP accounts. Some people are also able to access their Exchange accounts using K9 or Kaiten. Some Exchange servers also allow access via IMAP.
Note that we would also love to support the stock EMail & GMail apps but unfortunately, Google does not currently allow 3rd party apps to access those databases.
GMAIL USERS:
Even without direct access to the GMail app’s data, you still have two good options for accessing your gmail & Google Apps accounts in EA:
1. enable IMAP for your account (from GMail on the web, see Settings/Mail settings/Forwarding & POP/IMAP), then access your account using one of the supported POP/IMAP clients, or the POP/IMAP add-on.
or,
2. select the "Get from Google" option when setting up your account in EA and EA will fetch your gmail preview from Google’s servers.
Please email support@appventive.com if you have any questions or problems.

[2012-01-16] Rayane: How about voicemail? |
[2012-01-14] don: Perfect Does what it claims. Great whither astrid. Moto droid bionic. |
[2012-01-14] Mitchell: Great, Needs to add This oa the best notifation lock screen around. Wish ot would allow me to put a different lock screen image than my home screen. Also five other options for lockscreen slider. The one now is just ugly. It also still every once and a will will go to my original lock screen SGS2. Small miner details other than thay it does exactly what it says |
[2012-01-13] Leana: Love this app The best part is it's the best calendar widget on the market, and I've lost track of how many Ive gone through. I'm using GTO with it for tasks, and it syncs perfectly everytime. All of.the additional settings options, scrollable widget, etc.. Put's this app over the top... La creme de la creme. |
[2012-01-07] Michael: Good idea, but... The providing of an integrated summary of various applications is a potentially useful tool. However, the Welcome and Lock screen options work only very occasionally on the Motorola ATRIX. |
[2012-01-05] Robert: Prefered apps failure Cannot set prefered apps It attempts to gather the app list and force closes after waiting approx 1 to 2 minutes |
[2011-12-31] David: This is a wonderful app for anyone in business I was looking for an app that would display my appointments as soon as I wake my phone without having to push lots of buttons to get to my agenda. It also allows for customization and for previewing emails and text messages. Works perfectly on my new Galaxy Nexus with ICS. Everyone who wants easy access to their schedule and datebook should buy this app. It is one of the best apps I have downloaded for my phone. Kudos to the developer. |
[2011-12-26] Brian T.: LOVE this! My main app I can't live without now. Keeps me organized having my calendar always there connected to Google Cal |
[2011-12-23] Nita: Executive Assistance Love the application. |
[2011-12-23] Matthew: Coming from a Blackberry, this is exactly the kind of app I was looking for as a quick heads up home screen of my new emails and upcoming meetings. |
[2011-12-10] Julie: New options Needs option to remove time and date bar. Would be nice to have an all clear bar. |
[2011-12-08] the 12/10/2011 Very productive app! mt 4g: The only thing is that your messages don't save to drafts if you accidentally exit it when using as Lock screen. 5 stars if fixed |
[2011-12-04] Huskers: G Have to coldboot my phone too often so notifications show up again with outlook and facebook. Will give back other two stars when fixed. Bionic |
[2011-12-02] Pato: Used to like it. But it doesn't work in my Galaxy Nexus. Widgets don't show within the list of widgets and launching from icon, it shows locked screen and can't access |
[2011-12-02] Nogs, Nogglez: Polished Looks nice and ui for widget works well. preview is good for scanning. feature request - use of colour or font size to distinguish headings |
[2011-11-30] Kaptain75329: Like having BlackBerry notifications on Android. Highly customizable, multiple configuration options, and flexible integration with 3rd parties. Awesome support from dev. Worth the money. |
[2011-11-24] Doogs: Best all in one app. Includes tasks. |
[2011-11-12] emeka: The very best, well built, feature rich calendar accessory and personal assistant app/tool on the android market |
[2011-11-08] De Edward: O Awesome app. All your info centralized, nice interface. Plz add support 4 more task/note apps like NOTE EVERYTHING |
[2011-11-06] Andrea: Sliding bar Nice app, but the sliding bar in the lockscreen is too small. Any chance of an option to resize? |
[2011-11-02] milk: Professional-looking app. Ultimate app with lockscreen +customisable shortcuts+widgets. This app keeps getting better. |
[2011-10-22] Andy: Very slick and useful app Would have been 2 stars - but customer service was brilliant to overcome a license problem. Even with ads, this app is full of options, looks great, and groups all your notifications together - very sick app. |
[2011-10-22] Lighthouse: Generally good The app is actually quite good. In my opinion the only weakness is in task management display. Not much works like it should and the support for 3rd party task managers is extremely weak. No toodledo, no Gmail Tasks, no Exchange tasks, no Informant tasks, etc. It does support Astrid but I don't believe Astrid is particularly "business friendly." Perhaps these weaknesses will be addressed in a future release. At that time, I would change my rating to 5 stars. Great customer support BTW. |
[2011-10-17] Nick: ... Facebook update no longer works. |
[2011-10-14] Magnificent: Rip Off... I'm so mad I bought this peace of S#@# |
[2011-10-14] David: update since updating to latest version can't see any calendar appointments. on galaxy s2 |
[2011-10-13] Rob: Amazing Best app I own. Found it frustrating until I learnt it and then I was sold. After you figure out the config options it really shines |
[2011-10-13] David: Superior This one app, by itself, makes my Droid superior to my wife's iPhone. Yeah, it's that good. |
[2011-10-04] the 10/6/2011 Needs more... Nice interface but considering the price definitely lacks internal reader... |
[2011-09-29] Mark: Does not update properly with Enhanced Email, can not be used with stock email app. Missed calls must be manually cleared. Try Pure Messaging instead. |
[2011-09-11] Marco Minetti: A must have app! ...but please support for native email app! |
[2011-08-28] FR: a necessity A very useful app that reduces homescreen clutter while keeping a very clean appearance- that and the helpful customer service makes this a 5 star app for me. |
[2011-08-23] Judas: Awesome fully cuztomizable app! Love the transparent background, allows you to have A LOT of information on display while looking tidy..,. Great to use without blocking your favorite Live Wallpaper! |
[2011-08-20] Robert: Fantastic! Incredible app! Fits my needs to perfectly. A few problems at first, but the fault of my phone. Support gets 5 stars for fast response and resolution |
[2011-08-17] George: . More widgets and customizations needed. |
[2011-08-14] melodie: Too complicated |
[2011-08-11] ZachOfAllTrades: very good, needs minor polish would be better if it could 1)integrate with local apps for fb, twitter & rss 2) have quicklink icons for email senders, social posts, and rss sites |
[2011-08-08] Octavian: Excelent! Waiting for Google+ implementation |

[2011-07-30] DaCeige: Love your app but it's a major CPU hog! Please using the enhanced email integration. Bought both, but the effects on my battery do not justify keeping it running. Thx. |
[2011-07-28] PaPa Sasquatch: Excellent! Seriously good idea well implemented. Easy, attractive, almost compelling for what & how it provides easy access. Downside is it's a memory hog. |

[2011-06-04] Randall: Keeps getting better and better for one year now. Still would to see the Search button do something with EA app. Also would like to access EA in-call. |

[2011-05-09] Rod - Wayne, NJ: Tried demo for 15 mins and bought it! GREAT! Great app! Does not support move to SD, please fix that. I also wish it would allow me to specify the number to dial for voicemail, I emailed the developer about that yesterday. Otherwise absolutely perfect, a must have! |
[2011-05-06] Hidden Truth: Nice, but would like scrolling on front screen rather than as second step and nicer formatting like lock view. lock screen prevented alarm being t/off |
[2011-05-04] gнєℓ / ¢нιαкι: Luv it...though,it would be much better if the icons were customizable...and can be change from other theme's installed icon pack... |

[2011-01-04] K.C.: I like this better than anything I've tried; and I've tried several of the calendar/task-based programs. I would like to see a priority function added |
