[2013-01-26] A Google User: Great I actually tried out ever note recently. Which one am I still using? Due today! I've been using this program for well over a year and it's still the best. You get to use toodledo which is a great online task manager. You just can't beat this program. A must have! |
[2013-01-25] A Google User: Amazing! I rely daily on Due Today. It's a great app with highly responsive developers, and keeps getting better with each release! |
[2013-01-23] A Google User: Time bug Please fix overdue reminder global time settings bug - AM and PM are switched. (Preferable: use 24 hours time settings.) |
[2013-01-15] A Google User: Best App Ever This is definitely the best GTD app available for Android. If u haven't try it, try it n u will liked this for the simplicity n the productivity it can bring to u! |
[2013-01-10] A Google User: Great task management app I use this app all the time. It's been a long while since I've had any issues with syncing, reminders, recurring tasks, or anything at all. The interface is great on both phones and tablets, the sync works well, and the widget is even awesome. The number of fields available on a task is a bit much, but they match Toodledo's. I simply went into the options and disabled those I don't use. If you use Toodledo (or even if you don't), I would highly recommend this app. |
[2013-01-08] A Google User: Aah - sync broken Latest update appears to have broken my ToodleDo sync. Based on all the recent updates, worried devs are just chasing too many issues. Kind of disconcerting. |
[2013-01-04] A Google User: Toodledo sync fails |
[2013-01-03] A Google User: Too many crashes I used to give this app five stars, but sadly it appears not to be very stable on my Nexus 7 :( I think it may just be synching problems which will hopefully get resolved. Once it does it will return to it's status as best to do app. I just wish it had a web version like many of its competitors.... maybe one day? |
[2013-01-01] A Google User: Great app Works very well with toodeldo |
[2013-01-01] A Google User: Perfect! Unlike some here I have had no recent sync issues, repeating tasks work well, widgets, everything I need! |
[2012-12-31] A Google User: Great App Works great with Toodledo! |
[2012-12-30] A Google User: Sync error Been using it for a long time on my phone but about three weeks ago the syncing stopped working and even the developer could not help me to start a brand new account. |
[2012-12-28] A Google User: Used to be 5 stars... However as of recent there have been a number of sync issues, most recently being all events automatically add a due time even if it is explicitly turned off. |
[2012-12-23] A Google User: THE app for Toodledo users Excellent app, supports all Toodledo features. Syncing works great. Developer is very responsive and helpful. Couldn't do without this app since I rely on Toodledo so heavily. |
[2012-12-20] A Google User: Long Time User I would give this 5 stars in the past. Recently the developer stopped responding to problems both with the app and his back up. Will probably have to look for a new app if this doesn't get fixed. |
[2012-12-16] A Google User: Nice Good app |
[2012-12-12] A Google User: One of the best One of the better apps to sync with toodledo with a decent UI and great widget support. |
[2012-12-04] A Google User: Quick support Last fix was lightning fast. Thanks. |
[2012-11-30] A Google User: Thanks I really like the repeating task and options. The the color scheme and layout is great. Ditched old scheduler for good! |
[2012-11-25] A Google User: Too many errors I bought this app as it has everything from personal to do app to project management tool. But now it force closes all the time. Need to fix the issues soon. |
[2012-11-12] A Google User: Will not sync daily tasks |
[2012-11-12] A Google User: Love the app, and it keeps getting better The same interface between gadgets is very useful. I've had no issues with the Windows nor the Android clients syncing with ToodleDo, except the very rare duplicate (better than a delete!) |
[2012-11-12] A Google User: Excellent, user-friendly, productivity app. Also, the developer is responsive to emails, and shows a gratifying commitment to continual improvement. |
[2012-11-11] A Google User: great app responsive developper. happy user. |
[2012-11-11] A Google User: Great Congratulations for the new UI. Now it's definitely the best Toodledo client. |
[2012-11-11] A Google User: Finally! A sensibly designed app I have finally found an app that stands up to it's claims! This is the best app I've found to not only accurately display Torpedo tasks but look professional. The standard widgets also are exactly what I wanted unlike the ones in the lite version. The tablet mode layout makes upkeep and creation very simple and intuitive. |
[2012-11-11] A Google User: Slow support Very none supportive developers. |
[2012-11-11] A Google User: Was great. Now crashes on gingerbread This was a great app. After the last several updates, it force closes ALL the time. It's now unusable on my EVO 4g w/ gingerbread |
[2012-11-10] A Google User: The organizer I use. Thanks for all the recent updates, you seem to take the feedback on the forums and apply it to your app, great work! |
[2012-11-10] A Google User: Nincs jobb! Ennel jobb "feladat" manager progi nincs Androidra. ;) Siman megerte azt a par szaz forintot! |
[2012-11-10] A Google User: GTD Nirvana Awesome GTD todo manager, pair this up w Toodledo sync and I think I found GTD nirvana. The most customizable interface I've seen on android. Great job! |
[2012-11-10] A Google User: Best GTD To-Do App For Android I've tried out tons of To-Do apps for android and this is by far the best. I love the Project integration. It also allows for syncing to Toodledo as well as to Lakeridge's servers. This comes in handy for backing up and using it on multiple devices. The Windows application is still lacking, but it does allow you to manage your takes from there too. I love everything about this application. Highly recommend. |
[2012-11-08] A Google User: Mixed feelings - Great app, poor upgrade cycle To me, this app has the best combination of features, ease-of-use, and aesthetics of the many GTD-style apps out there. For these reasons it is my GTD app of choice but I feel let down by the developer in that new releases are not properly tested and often break functionality that used to work. Consider, for example, the most current release - simply trying to filter the widget list causes a crash. Could this not have been discovered before pushing it out to users? |
[2012-10-25] A Google User: No support from developer The mobile app is great, but the Windows app has serious problems and there is no answer from the developer to my support request e-mails. |
[2012-10-20] A Google User: The Best! Best Android GTD app. Emailed developer with a problem running it on my G2x, and he responded immediately & updated it right away. |
[2012-10-13] A Google User: Great Wonderful UI changes. Please consider providing a time spent by project or context reporting function. |
[2012-10-10] A Google User: Was great, now clunky New UI much less useful. Buggy. Such a shame that a tight clean app goes all bloatware. What was one step now takes five. |
[2012-10-10] A Google User: Great and easy to use. Recently got a Tablet, and this program works perfectly. |
[2012-10-08] A Google User: Developer is a text pest Uninstalled a year ago due to constant issues & crashes. Since then the developer has turned into a serial text pest. Despite numerous requests to cease texting, I get bombarded with nonsensicle text messages. I am sick of asking him to stop. I DO NOT wish to hear from this pest again, but I can't stop him. Consider carefully before downloading this app. Remember the Milk is far superior & syncs with Outlook (miles in front.) |
[2012-10-06] A Google User: Widgets fixed. Great app. |
[2012-10-04] A Google User: Great update Awesome holo UI. Widget force closes now fixed in jellybean. |
[2012-10-01] A Google User: Pretty good It would be better: adjustable transparency and fonts for widget, scrollable for GoLauncherEx. Not many apps sync to Google Calendar, a major plus. |
[2012-09-29] A Google User: Awesome! Best all ever. |
[2012-09-24] A Google User: Best Todo App for Android! I use the GTD method to manage my tasks - this is the best one out there that syncs with a free online service (this uses ToodleDo) |
[2012-09-13] A Google User: Can't Live Without It! Seriously, one of the best task list apps around. Sync to a toodledo account in order to access task list from any computer. |
[2012-09-08] A Google User: Always crashed This program never fail to crash after completing or editing a task. I have to wait for a few minutes before regaining control of by Galaxy Note. Complained but no action seen |
[2012-08-28] A Google User: Needs gant chart complexity I can only create one tier of subtasks. Few real projects are so simple as for this to be sufficient. The capacity to link projects and tasks sequentially and/or causally then pull it all up on a gantt chart would be nice too, but a lot of work to develop. Also it would be nice to be able to link attachments and urls to tasks, so u can easilt manage the data from each task. Best product on market, I can create very complex project structures but the lack of task complexity the app falls short of the requirements necessary to be a truly useful tool for the serious professional. |
[2012-08-19] A Google User: Best out there! I abandoned Jorte for this and don't regret it. Great widget, excellent reminders and easier task entry! |
[2012-08-19] A Google User: Great GTD app! Great app for keeping my projects on track! |
[2012-08-07] A Google User: Love it! Spectacular! Indispensable! |
[2012-07-19] A Google User: Really great I have been using GTD for a while now and tried many to do list manager apps. This one is as good as any other and better in terms of great functionality but nice to look at and not too complex. A few nice extras you don't get on other apps which make it simple and effective to use. |
[2012-07-16] A Google User: Doesn't play well with ICS, but good to-do manager Worked like a charm under GB, but doesn't seem to play well under ICS. Good TO-DO list manager. Will keep tabs on it to see if updates fix issues (Frequent FC of widgets in ICS) |
[2012-07-15] A Google User: Best around Could improve on widget options, but overall this is definitely my favorite app for both phones and tablets. Very well done. Excellent price. |
[2012-06-23] A Google User: Still THE Toodledo app for Android. Erg! The New Task shortcut always comes up as a new project, and it's killing me (SwipePad with voice entry). I am completely dependent on this app. |
[2012-06-10] A Google User: Great app! Very good interface with Toodledo. |
[2012-06-09] A Google User: Font size fixed Happy to give you 5 stars again, font size in widget fixed! Great response and support... |
[2012-06-08] A Google User: best app for toodledo period. i tried EVERY alternative, and this one gets everything right. beautiful interface, customizeable widget |
[2012-06-08] A Google User: Font WAY TOO BIG! With the latest version you can not see many tasks at all in the widget due to even the smallest font being far too big. The widget has lost it's usefulness with only two or three tasks. Please make the font choices MUCH MUCH smaller. |
[2012-05-24] A Google User: Great app! |
[2012-05-22] A Google User: Does not sync recurring tasks Impossible to recommend this until it can sync recurring tasks properly. Also uses folders for projects which messes up my current structure. Use DGT |
[2012-05-21] A Google User: Great but widget buggy. This is probably the best toodledo app out there. I've been using it for months and it has been great. Got a Nexus, though, and the widget has been acting funny since. Notably it will randomly get dupe entries on the widget. They're usually out of order ans they don't exist in the app. If I move the widget they disappear again. Strange. Otherwise a great app. |
[2012-05-17] A Google User: Fanfriggintastic!!! Although this app may not follow every aspect of the original GTD system, it is well developed & thorough as well as easy to use. Love the reminders!! LOTS of developer involvement! Great improvements and fast bug fixes. |
[2012-05-17] A Google User: Best task management system bar none and I've tried them all. Responsive and helpful customer support. Slight lack of features in free version though. |
[2012-05-14] A Google User: Metadata? Please get the metadata out of my notebook! |
[2012-05-12] A Google User: Great sync with ToodleDo Combined with ToodleDo and Pure Calendar Widget, DueToday finally eased the loss of Pimlical on the Palm. Simple interface that transfers well and reliably to the ToodleDo web app. Sync is reliable and rewasonably efficient. A staple. |
[2012-05-12] A Google User: Cross platform via toodledo I rely on this app for quick entry via my phone, with review and updating at tablet or computer or phone. I use in concert with Evenote and Google Calendar. You need to understand whatto put where and then do it. Each of these tools alone fail, but together they rock. Also - enable tablet view on your phone, it is awesome if you use tags projects and contexts (Which you should - otherwise... why use this excellent tool). |
[2012-05-10] A Google User: Good but... widgets dont seem to update itself when theres a new entry. SGT7 ICS 4.04 AOKP rom |
[2012-05-07] A Google User: Great app |
[2012-04-27] A Google User: Lacks Sorting, features, unresponsive developer App claims to work well with Toodledo, but it does so in it's own way. For example, Toodledo uses "folders", but Due today uses "projects". You cannot sort the lists the way you want them. Default is always alphabetical, which is annoying. You also can't set "starred" as the first view when opening the app. It's the little things that make all the difference. And this developer fails at addressing such simple, easy fixes that make a world of a difference. Fail. |
[2012-04-25] A Google User: Good app I've using this app for quite a few moths now and I find it very useful and with a clean and easy interface. The developer keeps updating it on a regular basis and the synchronization with toodledo has always worked for me. |
[2012-04-23] A Google User: Steer clear. No documentation. Buggy. I wasted a lot of time trying to use this app. It has no Help, no manual, almost no documentation. It will be almost impossible to learn. Some features don't seem to work at all (of course, how would you know for sure since there's no documentation saying how it's supposed to work), other features work unreliably. There doesn't seem to be any professional commitment to across-the-board quality. I'm switching to Remember the Milk. Save yourself some grief, avoid Due Today, avoid the frustration. |
[2012-04-02] A Google User: New version slower. Takes a full 3 seconds to open the app now. Also, is there a limit on how many completed tasks I can sync from Toodledo? I've got, what you would call, an inactive shopping list that I would like to sync no matter how long ago they were completed. |
[2012-04-01] A Google User: Great app 5 stars when I can add a task to my calendar and due today syncs with desktop client without having to use 3rd party client. Epic touch |
[2012-03-29] A Google User: Home: Why does this have an extra home button when it already has an action bar? |
[2012-03-19] A Google User: Too slow New version become too heavy and slow... |
[2012-03-18] A Google User: Works perfectly on Galaxy Note Kudos! It does provide a very good.integration of GTD+Project Management+AddressBook. I would love to see integration with Collaboration+GCalendar+Adding Photos and Docs, thou. Overall, loving it! |
[2012-03-17] A Google User: Nice looking but toodledo sync is dangerous I try not to be too harsh when there's an occasional bug, but this app is dangerous. I bought it almost immediately after it was released, and have used it on and off for over a year. Invariably, the developer updates it and breaks sync every so often, and badly. It does stuff like delete the repeat when completing repeating tasks (does this currently), randomly delete tasks, clear fields, etc. For the first few months I dutifully reported this stuff in his forum, but I just don't trust this anymore, and I have actual business at stake with my tasks. Mr Lakeridge, please look into regression testing. Users, stick to the uglier but more reliable options. |
[2012-03-17] A Google User: Very useful! Great app -- I only wish I could set it to sync more often than once every hour. |
[2012-03-13] A Google User: It's alright, not fantastic Lots of options for sure but may be too much at times. It would be really nice to be able to use a desktop client but even after you purchase the android app they expect an extra $15 for the windows client. Thanks but no thanks, there are better, cheaper services out there. |
[2012-03-12] A Google User: Hands down, the best GTD todo app on Android. Syncs great to Toodledo from phone (Gingerbread), tablet (ICS) and laptop (Win7). |
[2012-03-11] A Google User: Good, but... Brilliant, loving the new changes, though it still glitches in that if i clear a notification by entering the app via the notification bar and check off a task, it does not update the widget, this has always been the case |
[2012-03-10] A Google User: Finally has all the features it needs. Has always been the best toodledo app. Now, with the 1.6 update, the app could not be better. |
[2012-03-10] A Google User: Great UI and simple to use, works well for GTD My favorite task manager for GTD that syncs with Toodledo. Simple but excellent UI that allows you to customize what you use. Love the soft keys to go back to home screen. |
[2012-03-08] A Google User: Finally, I've found what I've been looking for! Nice clean interface, user friendly and just perfect! I love that the total number of tasks are shown for each line, that feature is missing on several of the apps I've tried. Thanks for a great product! |
[2012-03-08] A Google User: Best android task app for Toodledo Probably best task app on Android, but definitely the best app to sync with Toodledo. Design is nice and basic and still not technical like a lot other android apps. It works nice and fast. If you work with the gettings things done method, you should use this app. Keep up the good work! (I'm using it for more than a year now) |
[2012-03-07] A Google User: Update issues Please fix the contexts visualization. These numbers instead of the names just sucks. Thanks, please test the new builds better. And add an option to select bigger font for the lists. |
[2012-03-01] A Google User: Great tool for use with Toledo. |
[2012-02-27] A Google User: Shame This app claims toodledo integration but a/ There is no sort by importance and b/ You (crazily) cannot set a start date without a due date (thereby hiding a task until some future time) or hide future tasks Worst of all support is non existent. Shame because this is the best UI I've seen for a to do app |
[2012-02-22] A Google User: Really getting to be the best out there. Two requests Please add checkbox to remove context from task lists. Context is key for list management, but the tag can be distracting. I sort and group by context so really not needed. Please add voice entry buttons throughout. |
[2012-02-03] A Google User: Best Toodledo cliet for Android This app isn't perfect, but if you use Toodledo it is the best client currently available. It is highly configurable and adapts its layout well for both phone and tablet. Most notably, the developer provides great support. When I contacted him to report what I thought was a bug, he went back and forth with me over several days and numerous emails to help identify the problem. Support your developer by paying for this app and he will support you by making it better. |
[2012-02-01] A Google User: Sucks Really its hard ti express hoy bad is this app |
[2012-01-19] A Google User: Fixed sync w/ toodledo issue At least for me, by default, the stinking "email field" was padding a space before my input.. and thus since apparently it isn't doing a .trim() before sending, was always failing credentials |
[2012-01-17] A Google User: Stopped working Since i upgraded to a motorola photon, app force crashes and won't sync. Loved it before... |
[2012-01-12] A Google User: Great app Does everything a to-do list should. Great sync with Toodle-Do. Would like to see widget scrolling capability added for HTC Sense soon! |
[2012-01-11] A Google User: Great Excellent, used to run Astrid but this is better imo |
[2012-01-06] A Google User: Great app One of my most used apps. Works great with Toodledo. Excellent support too. |
[2011-12-31] A Google User: Good app. Just need to remember to use it! Memory like a sieve. |
[2011-12-31] A Google User: Great UI and works well with toodledo. Developer also very responsive. |
[2011-12-30] A Google User: Used to be really cool... Now crashes frequently, updates are rare. Uninstalled. |
[2011-12-30] A Google User: Brilliant...when it works I have been using for about 6 months, and my only complaint has been a bug in which one of my recurring tasks duplicates thousands of times after syncing with my Toodledo...have to export my files to a .txt, delete all the dup's, delete my tasks and import in the amended text file. That has happened 5 or 6 times now, HUGE pain in the rear. Now that I reinstalled and upgraded to the latest version, I can't even get to Settings to sync with Toodledo. Use Motorola XPRT. |
