CryptRoll is a safe text editor.Protect your private secret notes,if you encrypt it with a Key.
Open, create, edit and save the text files to Google Docs or local device from Android or Windows Computer.
Encrypt text on Android, Windows PC and Google Docs using AES-256 bits encryption algorithm and a password.
(B) Secure Mail (text attachment)
Send encrypted text to your friends via email,and open it from Android or Windows PC.
Send SMS Plain-Text Messages.
(C) File Browser / ROOT Explorer
CryptRoll is a simple file manager.
Support ROOT mode, change file permissions automatically, restore file permissions with one-click.

Attach any file as mail attachment.

[2012-11-05] A Google User: Could be better by doing real sync with GDocs The app is good, it is one of the few (maybe the only one) that can BOTH encrypt notes and store them in GDocs. Most other apps do one or the other. But it could be much much better , if instead of accessing GDocs direclty in real time, it could actually keep a local copy of the notes in the device, and Sync them when you press a button. (I mean 2-way sync between the device and GDocs. Whatever note is newer is the note that remains) Also , the app provides a flat view of everything that's on your GDocs account. It could be much better if you could select a folder to sync the app to, so that the app ignores everything else in your account. I would please like to see these improvements. Good start, though. UPDATE : I have version 3.11 on my Nexus 7 tablet, but version 4.x will not install. App is configured as incompatible with Nexus 7 on the play store. |
