- Manage files >> Access and organize files and folders in the company network.
- Query reports >> Access database reports and view, print, e-mail, or fax the reports.
- Create PDFs >> Create PDF files on your smartphone and save, print, or e-mail the files.
- E-mail >> Send files saved on the company network or in online storage space with "Send as e-mail".
- Print >> Print documents in original format to any WiFi, Bluetooth or network printer.
- Fax >> Create faxes using fax templates and sign with signature image. Send documents to a fax machine.
