Poor, I'd avoid the paid for upgrade If you actually want to use this to sync documents with your PC it would better be described as "Documents Not To Go", and the app and its support as Obsolescent Inaction. Dev is quick to take your money though. Does not allow documents to be stored on the external SD card in either of my phones. Synchronisation through Desktop App is clumsy, takes an age, and most of the time fails as the device cannot be detected even after following all the troubleshooting. Avoid, beyond the basic free viewer in my view. I think this app needs to be rewritten from the bottom up. It is antiquated. Does the Dev even exist any more? A bit of advertising, that's all.

No real sync; corrupts files I purchased this full product because it was the only one with a way to synchronize MS Office files updated either on your phone or on your PC. The Android sync app only identifies that versions of a file are difficult event and saves the newer version with a suffix number in the name. Excel changes made by phone frequently are corrupted when you try to read them later by PC. I've had to quit using the app completely.

Not good for PowerPoint The version from iTunes let's you add notes directly to slideshow. I have not been able to do this on the android version and am highly disappointed about this as this played a major role in me purchasing this app

Archer28 I used Documents To Go on my palm pilot for 10 years with absolutely no problems. Needless to say, I am very happy to have installed it now on my Samsung Galaxy 3. I was up and running XL & Word docs sync'd from my desktop in less than five minutes. .

Handy It very useful although if you want more features like adding shapes,pictures, ruler view etc to your word documents and slides, you'll have to settle to other apps like office suit pro for example. I'm just saying that this app is very plain and I think us customers deserve more customization features for the price we paid. I'd wait for the developers to get those features up and running soon, if possible.UPDATE: I just discovered I can't open Google docs. I am not happy with this :(

Not possible to install on more than one device with Full version key. Good app to see and write content. One drawback: I have several tabs including Galaxy Tab2 10.1 and Surftab Breeze 7.0. Installed on GT2 not possible on Breeze tab. Tried to purchase another key but no success.

Caution If you save to your GDocs directory you can trash the file. Immediately after a save if I try to access the same file I get a "file download" error. I once rated this 5 but too many problems now. Help is completely inadequate. Needs a question line so you can get quick answers. I read several angry comments from users over things the app won't do, when it will in fact it will do most of them. The problem is figuring out how. It's just not intuitive. (hint to users, think tap, long tap.)

Annoying popup A year ago I asked the dev team to get rid of that annoying popup to register. I already registered. For the $15 I spent on the full version, I expect to go straight to creating documents, not registering 5 times a day. Either make your registration automatic or make it a one time popup. Very Angry I bought this app to try to run a powerpoint. Within one minute I knew it did not work and there was NO refund button for me to press. $15 is a lot of money for me and I bought the app with the understanding that I could try it for 15 minutes. Here's my update - the app has not been refunded yet. I tried again to use it and it crashes when accessing Google drive. It also crashes half the time opening my power point and has no editing features when it does open. This app would be terrible were it free. For a high price it's ridiculous

10 year old package that barely works. Total waste of $15! Doesn't display many word documents and excel files. Editing with that is a torture. I bought it because it was the best for Palm and blackberry. Wasted $15.. OfficeSuite 7 is the that does the job done.

Horrible with Excel Can't edit an excel sheet with formulas or drop downs, The free version tells me to buy the software key in order to edit, buy the key and then it tells you it locked the file and it can't handle editing it. Way to go for wasting my time and money

Went from good to utterly crap On my old Huawai Ideos X5 : Tells you it's "updating" every single time you run the app *and* every single time you open a document. Updating what? All it seems to do is eat data and stop you from doing what you want. I often spend more time waiting for the "updates" to finish than actually using the app! And the dev's response? Zilch. All you can do, so I've found, is switch off all data channels on your device. UPDATE : On my Galaxy Note 10.1 tablet : Selection of multiple spreadsheet cells has stopped working altogether. This app gets steadily worse with time and devs simply will not respond.

No copy but one word at a time . A very serious mistake is they don't allow for copy but one word at a time. I paid and now have to buy another app. that allows copy! Expensive app. that also has no spell check! Come on guys if you want to be greedy and charge so much at least give us what we pay for. Used to easy communicate with the team now they removed their contact developer, If this were the case before I paid would never done so. I feel if a developer (Adobe & MS for example) doesn't provide REAL support and contact I refuse to pay for. Name any other business where you can get away with such dishonest business practice.

OK BUT THEY WONT PUT SEARCH BUTTON I bought this app after looking at many of them. I actually like kingsoft office. But this app would get 5* if it had search button. Try to find the hundreds of pdf or other files. Its a headache if they would put the freaking search button to locate file or pdf it wouldn't be such a hassle to use. Don't bother, not same company as in the past. May not work on your Android. You may get an email response from technical support after multiple requests. If the file they email you does not resolve the issue, you are out of luck and lost your time and $$.$$. Too bad, I have used their software as far back as Palm devices.

Needs Dropbox and Sky Drive support I installed this app last night and it looks and works great. I will be using this every day for my business. My only complaint is that it doesn't support saving into Dropbox or Sky Drive. I haven't played with the Google Drive functionality, but for $15, I should be able to save it and sync to any of the most common cloud storage accounts. Fix this and I'll gladly rate this at 5 stars.

No support in case of problems I have a probelm witht eh google drive access (I can write a file from D2G there, but not read it back). I have checked the online help and there is nothing on that topic. I entered a request intoi the online form, and received a polite email back confirming my question had been entered. But no one has contacted me back with a solution or even with for further clarificaiton. I had a problem installing it, whch they were unable to help me with, and which I figured out (it had to do with two-step verficiation in google). So, I am torn: the product is quite good and I am tempted to give it 4 stars for product quality, but there is ABSOLUTELY NO SUPPORT when you encounter a problem, and for that I would like to give them ZERO stars. Word to Go broken/corrupts files in Jelly Bean Was 5 stars but after receiving the OTA update to Jelly Bean, Word to Go no longer works. When I try to edit a .doc or .docx file, the screen offsets diagonally. All the text displays in italics, and the page is broken into three slanting parts, making it unreadable and uneditable. If I save the file after it does this, the saved file is corrupted and unreadable by MS Word or any other application. Emailed Dataviz support a month ago with a screenshot. Help person said he was going to "be in contact with one of the developers and will get back to [me]." Two queries for an update since then have gone unanswered, not even a "we're still working on it." I'm a writer and an editor, do a lot of work on my daily train commute. Purchased the full version, never regretted it until now. Docs to Go was an essential app. Now having to look for a replacement.

Google docs problems They really need to sort out the Google docs integration. Takes ages to load each time, why not save the dir structure locally and sync? Doesn't autosave. Saving takes ages and is a nuisance to do. Occasional errors mean lost work.

Excellent!! This is amazing! Never had one single issue. Never crashed. Never had a compatibility issue. Work a lot with excel and this has all the big cell formats but does take some time getting used to where everything is. Overall, I love this. Five stars and recommend this to everyone. Perfect office program for being on the go. A must have for those who travel and wanna get some work done on your tablet or phone and don't wanna break out the work laptop.

Worthless! No stars at all. Paid version does what Google Docs does for free. Have repeatedly requested instructions or description of purpose of program from support. Everything they tell me that this application does is free with Google Docs. Their response to that is that their program integrates with Google docs. My question is "for what purpose?" What does Docs To Go give me by and they give me no answer. Sprint contacted docs to go for me and got same result and sprint was frustrated with the treatment and gave me my money back.
