Cooking can be stressful! Kitchen Timer is a quick and easy to use timer designed especially to support you as much as possible while cooking.
View the manual by pressing the MENU button in the program.
Kitchen Timer features extremely quick countdown timer entry and startup - add a shortcut and start a 10 minute timer with just three taps from your home screen.
Cake not done yet when the timer rings? Simply add a few minutes to the timer with a minimum of fuzz.
Check on your countdown timer's progress by simply turning on your phone - there's no need to mess with the lockscreen or enter your pin number. It's right there when you need it.
Your timers are safe with reboot protection. If your phone should lose power or reboot, start it up and your timers are back the way you left them. Except for one thing - they will still have counted down without power.
Add as many timers as you want, there are no restrictions.
You can of course also use Kitchen Timer to time your nap, your workout exercise or just a soft-boiled egg. This is the only timer you need.

[2013-04-03] A Google User: The Best "Kitchen" Timer! I just got a new phone (droid razr maxx hd) that didn't have a built in timer with my clock. I tried other timer apps and didn't like them as much as this one. I can have my phone on silent and it'll sound. I like that I can change the sound time, by having it go off for 10-30 seconds or 1 minute. I like being able to have one or multiple timers at a time too. Also love the fact you can add more time as it still counts down without messing it up. |

[2013-03-30] A Google User: Potentially brilliant This should be the best timer app on the market, all others have silly 2/3 timer limits. This is easy to use in every way, but, it has issues. On my acer tablet, it crashes every time it's opened, so no joy there. On my phone, the alarm will never sound and you can only see if an alarm hast triggered if you are physically looking at the app. This is a real shame, no other timer app comes close to this in potential functionality |

[2013-01-15] A Google User: Excellent UI but doesn't always ring This timer has the best UI of any timer on the market, and I've looked at dozens. There are few other simple no-fuss countdown timers that let you type a time and press "go". There is however a serious bug: sometimes the timers don't vibrate/ring. It's a liability of you use this app, and after a few months I have to find another timer app. |
