Buyer Beware!! I thought this was a great app, until it started giving me an "unable to verify license" error message every time I tried to use it. I complained, & got no help. They blame Google, & claim to be working on the problem. This takes 6 months?! The only way to clear the message is to uninstall, then, reinstall. What a pain in the backside! I get way less hassle from list master.

Great app; does everything I want quite cleanly I've been looking for quite some time for a to-do list manager which did everything I wanted. This one supports subtasks and prerequisites, due dates, categories, priorities, and anything else you might want -- but it doesn't force any of them on you if you don't need them (I have no use for priority ratings, and with Checkmark, they never get in my way). I used the demo for a while, liked it, and bought the pro version as soon as I was sure it could handle relatively complex task structures. It can. Nice work, folks.

Great app with a few bugs to fix. I have been using the App for a few weeks and upgrade to the paid version to get Tasks and Catagories. Overall it is very good but there are a few bugs still to flesh out to get that last star - Please fix the edit bug when you change screen orientaiton (you have already stated this as a priotiy). It ia annoying that half way through editing a item and it forgets the lost because of a screen orientation change. Very annoying so please fix. - Sometimes edits do not stick. You change, and save and the change has gone! possibly related to orientation bug. - I found the cut and copy function, but I have had devils job finding paste! Cut and copy not much use without paste. To be able to copy items, tasks and text is useful. - I have a task that is not in a category, and I can not put it into a category as it only appears on the initial screen (and there is no edit). Otherwise great app, thanks

Don't buy - try Evernote instead Used to love this app. Now with their extremely poor support of Android 4, making it almost useless, I've gone on to try to find something else. Evernote looks to suit the bill quite nicely.

It's complete bulls.... Hogwash It says it will add the due date of your task to your google calendar... it said it would a year ago when I paid for it. It still doesn't. Other than that it's incredibly hard to use, ugly and about as useless as a fat woman in a bikini contest. Save your time and money.

Great list manager / outliner...PLEASE FIX THE GOO Google sync STILL not working. Really a good list and outliner, but PLEASE FIX THE GOOGLE SYNC if you want a five. It would also be nice to have a "copy to list" and "move to list" function. I separate my shopping lists by store, and I'd like to be able to copy some items to multiple lists. The "show only unchecked" feature is awesome; items disappear as you check them off, but they're not deleted.

Works for me, one suggestion It has all the functions that I need, such as repeat occurrence. I would suggest to add a function that change can be made to the repeated tasks for one occurrence only and for the future occurrences starting from the current one. With this function, that will be perfect.

Still not syncing with Google? I purchased the 5.7 release several months ago. It claimed to sync with google tasks but the release notes said there was a problem with the google API and that greenbeansoft would be looking at it again in 'a few days'. The info on this site still says it is version 5.7 so I presume it still wont sync with Google. My version just crashes when i try to set up the account. The google task list sync is required for anyone that prefers using a full size keyboard to manage an extensive set of lists. That said, this is one of the few hierarchical task lists that allows you to copy a reusable list (template). When the get syncing to work it will be awesome.

Love it, love it! Bought it initially in July of 2010 & it was good then, but they've since improved it beyond all measure & I not only depend on it throughout the day but don't know how I'd live without it. Great App By far the best task list on android if you want more than just a simple list. This task list allows for categories & sub tasks & these can be applied as many times as you like to each task. Great for the more comprehensive task lists.

Sync? Would be a 5 star app, if only it were easier to sync across multiple devices. Seems ridiculous that I have to upload to dropbox to send it to my phone. I think its the only app on the market that doesn't automatically update on all my devices. Thought it would be a great tool for my assistant to keep my to do list up to date, but there's no desktop application. Lots of great features with list making, and great for GTDers (Getting Things Done), less the bad synchronization across multiple platforms. HTC Evo & Motorola Xoom.

Best to do list | task list app This is one overlooked app in the market. I do not understand where those low ratings coming from. Too complex and feature rich for some people? I have used the app for a while. It has the most functionalities and features in the market. I love the integration with Checkmark Calendar, which is another great app.

Lacks a couple of features The app itself is well thought out, but I feel the widget needs a bit of tweaking. There should be settings for the widget. I would like to see my full checklist on the widget instead of having to go through the app, and check boxes should be on the widget. Also, if I could customize the skin that would be nice. Almost. I was looking for a replacement to Ilium's ListPro and thought this was it. Missing lots of key features such as import/export to CSV (field structures is absurd), no user-configurable fields (can't create additional columns), limited templates available, and other smaller but important differences. Desktop component is anemic. On the whole, not bad, lots of potential, but not there yet.

Excellent App Work great! The nested checklist feature works wonderfully for organizing my business tasks (in my case usually programming / scripting todos). I would love to use this app as a light-weight project management tool... record bugs as list items, project milestones, etc. I haven't found a decent management app yet, and this could possibly be fitted to do the job.

Flawed and substancially incomplete. Tasks do not sync with Google Tasks. Web site states only check lists do this. I never saw it sync to Google Tasks. Google Cloud Storage is a developer only tool. Why waste time implementing that when building a task manager that cannot sync tasks to Google Tasks. Widget frequently out of sync with the app. Google Calendar sync is eitherone way, or broken. New events are added. Updates never occur. Concept is good; UI is nice; far too much work left for real use.

Can't easy flag items for shopping list I would like to flag items for purchase in my shopping list, but it seems there is no way to search for an item (in edit mode) and then find it and flag it. Once search finds the item, the flag option is not available and once you exit search mode, the found items are no longer shown (the whole list is). This makes it very impractical to use as a shopping list where one wants to find and flag a few items rather than scrolling through the entire list. Isn't there a way to do this?
