[2013-10-20] A Google User: Perfection. No root version does everything. Cracked the bottom corner of my nexus 4 so the on screen keys didn't work. This fixed it! |
[2013-10-16] A Google User: Good but can be better! At the onset thank you for making this app. Whatever the idea behind it, the app is saving me from getting my buttons repaired. Good grace! Now, while I'm on it and I purchased the pro key too (not rooted though), here are some things to make it even better. 1. Please add blank buttons so that we can add custom spaces between two buttons. For e.g: if I just want to use 3 buttons (back, home and multi), I should be able to place well. 2. Please add the long press option for multi button for menu access. |
[2013-10-10] A Google User: Lifesaver! The back button stopped working on my LG Optimus One. Once I rooted my phone and installed Button Savior, I have a back button again and I'm prepared if any other buttons stop working. This app has prolonged the life of my phone. Very impressed. |
[2013-10-03] A Google User: Deserves my money! Well polished with lots of customzation, if only every other developer used the same philosophy |
[2013-09-28] A Google User: Getting better. I'm impress of the development. Worth to buy. please add auto startup after reboot. |
[2013-09-17] A Google User: Swiping bug Got the pro version on a non rooted Phone and had only one button (back key) but swiping still brings up the panel. It should just run the command. Very Annoying. Refund button on market is changed to uninstall. Can't refund. |
[2013-09-09] A Google User: Great Happy customer works just fine. |
[2013-08-30] A Google User: Great app. Needs a bigger toggle icon. Love the app, just needs a larger trigger icon and small on 720p and 1080p. I already have it set to the largest size. |
[2013-08-13] A Google User: Lovin' it I hid my nexus navigation keys and use this app... Would love it more if it had the option to prevent the buttons from rotating along with the screen... |
[2013-08-12] A Google User: Yes ... This is the pro key and the app is probably 5 stars but needs attention to detail ... |

[2013-07-16] A Google User: Can't love without this app With the most recent updates, it's been able to handle every physical input I have ever needed! Buy it now! NOTE: it requires root access to work. |
[2013-06-28] A Google User: Great App Thanks for a very well executed and useful app. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is that my trigger mysteriously keeps moving position from one side of the screen to the other. Hope you can fix this |
[2013-06-21] A Google User: Terrible I bought the upgrade key, and nothing happens I cant remap any thing thats what I got the app for |

[2013-06-15] A Google User: The back button isn't working. All other buttons work except the back button. Fix that and this will be a five star. |
[2013-06-14] A Google User: Best App if your Hardware Key Fails This app saved my INR 7000. Hard keys went faulty and Button Savior saved me. |
[2013-06-10] A Google User: Nice! Looks and works good! But I wanna have the option to have only three keys and have the black tab cover the entire bottom portion of my phone.. Can u hook it up |
[2013-06-09] A Google User: Awesome. Greatest thing since sliced bread. Thanks for your hard work. |
[2013-06-09] A Google User: Awesome App The pro version is well worth it. I have an actual press button on my $550 LG Optimus G Pro. 2 dollars is a fair price to pay to keep my phone in pristine condition for years to come. |
[2013-06-05] A Google User: :/ Ever since I went pro the icon dissapears after a while! Very disappointed :( |
[2013-06-04] A Google User: Excellent! Need the Menu button added. Update, please... |
[2013-05-28] A Google User: Back button not working Paid for this because my phones back button isn't working. After install, all savior buttons work EXCEPT the back button! $2 wasted. |
[2013-05-27] A Google User: Key remap fail Im using Galaxy S2, but the app cannot even detect i hv a home key and other keys. In key remapping, theres only a camera key and a call key for me to choose, but obviously galaxy s2 doesnt hv these keys!! All simple thing i want to do is to remap my home key or disable it, but the app cant. A waste of money, too bad im not fast enough to click the refund button! |
[2013-05-18] A Google User: Good app Back button.! |
[2013-05-08] A Google User: Issue helo! I love the app but the back button doesnt work. Im using htc one. Please help. |
[2013-05-08] A Google User: Good app bit too basic Very useful though could be much improved. Functions perfectly |
[2013-05-06] A Google User: Notifications! Please add a button to show notifications. Once I have this, I can completely hide the status bar and nav bar, finally reclaiming all the pixels I paid for to do what I want. Five stars anyway because I've made so much use of this already, and I couldn't live without it now. Notifications please! |
[2013-04-19] A Google User: Like it. Makes my galaxy s feel like a galaxy nexus. CPU use is only high if a semi transparency option is selected. I use with the a screen off app so i never have to touch any physical key ever |
[2013-04-03] A Google User: You've saved me! My screen cracked right over my touch navigation buttons. I've spent a week trying to get around on my phone. This app has saved me so much aggravation and money! Now I can get my screen fixed when I can afford it and not as an emergency. Thank you! |
[2013-03-10] A Google User: Great app but one issue Any way to make the lock screen button also close the screen? Mine is just going on lock screen and the screen still activate. So technically sometime I still have to press lock key. I'll change my rate when this issue fix, thanks :D |
[2013-03-08] A Google User: Worth it. I've been using the free version for awhile and didn't like the button ordering. Finally made the jump to pro and am very satisfied with it. |
[2013-02-19] A Google User: Great App for Android TV! I will give 5 star rating if the following is implemented : a) User defined buttons (currently only 2 buttons can be redefined) b) User defined icon (even after changing call button - icon remains as call button) |
[2013-02-16] A Google User: Must have :D |
[2013-02-10] A Google User: Excellent! Works great for my Note 2 when using the S-Pen (as it didn't work for the menu and back key, as well as being awkward for posting the home button.) keep up the great work, awesome idea! Highly recommended. |
[2013-02-02] A Google User: great app but great app but I would love to have swipe from buttom as an option I will give 5 stars if you implement swipe from buttom |
[2013-01-12] A Google User: Recently used apps button doesn't work I would have asked for a refund except I didn't notice it within the 15 minutes. The tasks button does not show when I have my navigation buttons hidden and that is the only time I needed this app. It wasn't for that it would be okay. |
[2013-01-04] A Google User: Excellent on Verizon Note 2 This makes it possible to use the Spen to navigate the entire device. Also, I don't want to wear out my home button. The free version had all the features I need but I purchased it to support the developer. |
[2012-12-22] A Google User: Good, but needs more customisation. The app does the job nicely, but this needs way more options. Specifically: - An option to make the bar fill the whole width of the screen, without the buttons having to fill it all - An option to resize the buttons and the bar |
[2012-12-13] A Google User: Great problem solver Great for those which have menu and back button damage on their samsung galaxy s3. |
[2012-12-10] A Google User: Thanks devs My Home/Menu/Back/Search touch buttons on my HTC Thunderbolt stopped working randomly. This app totally saved me from a ton of BS. I don't even care about the "pro" features. I just wanted you guys to get my money. : D |
[2012-11-25] A Google User: Great, but not bug free The task button doesn't work when the system status bar is hidden. Please fix it, thanks. |
[2012-11-25] A Google User: Only 2 problems:1.doesn't hide in widgetlocker 2. Icon should change when remapping buttons. Fix for 5★. |
[2012-11-17] A Google User: Asus Nexus 7 Excellent app, pay the two bucks for customization. Well worth it! |
[2012-10-11] A Google User: Well deserved I immediately bought this app. It saved my day when my phone lost the menu button and while the replacement arrives, ButtonSavior rescued me. And the price is unbeatable. |
[2012-09-12] A Google User: Problem with power button? I thought the power button was to lock the screen, but whenever it is locked it comes back on to displaying the lock screen wallpaper again after 1 second. What happen? |
[2012-09-06] A Google User: Hoothatsaywhut! Helluvalot bettu than that lil hardware button at the bottom of S3. Shoot, shoot it. Shoot it shoot! |
[2012-08-28] A Google User: Love it. Thanks guys |
[2012-08-23] A Google User: BUG caused phone to freeze till timout This is a decent approach to use and interface can be setup the way I want but something causes phone to hang when paging through home screens. After about a min frozen (cant open anything, change screens, back button or even put phone to sleep!) things start working for a while. Removing for now but might consider buying next ver for my SGS3. |
[2012-08-08] A Google User: Good Good stuff fully functioning on Ics on e4gt |
[2012-08-08] A Google User: 100% good stuff I have a Nook Simple Touch and Button Savior was included in the 'hack' to root the box. The free version has worked as advertised with no problems so I upgraded to the PRO to show support to the devs. Also .. the PRO allows me to remove the phone and camera which in the Nooks case is not needed and cleans up the look and feel. |
[2012-08-04] A Google User: Marvynx I use a galaxy nexus S... the back button on the savior duhn work.. any help?! |
[2012-08-01] A Google User: New problem Icon position changes. Not before last update. Please fix Love it besides that! |
[2012-07-31] A Google User: I'm very happy. Great work. Makes hardware buttons accessible when controlling an Android device remotely through a VNC server. Also for those broken buttons :-/ |
[2012-07-25] A Google User: Works Like It Should After the install if the ad is still there just restart your device and when you go in the app it should be correct. The app really has grown on me. I was originally looking for a way to bring up my multitask screen without using my 'home' button. This does that and more. LTE Galaxy S3 |
[2012-07-12] A Google User: Annoyed Wtf I bought this and it didnt make me go pro. Can someone help please |

[2012-06-24] A Google User: Great app My phone is relatively new but I can already tell there is some wear and tear on my hard keys, this app is great. Only bought pro to thank the dev. |
[2012-06-18] A Google User: Worth every penny |
[2012-06-17] A Google User: Very good This app is a life saver. Well worth the money. |
[2012-06-10] A Google User: Not working right an option to enlarge buttons would be a godsend. If remap doesn't work uninstall wipe cache and set the way u want n save |
[2012-06-08] A Google User: Fantastic App Had the free version and it worked completely fine for what I needed. My home button stopped working on DROID X and this app saved me from having to get a new phone before I wanted to. Bought to support and show thanks. Great work, keep it up! |
[2012-05-22] A Google User: Good Excellent app please add opion to disable in landcape mode. |
[2012-05-16] A Google User: You should charge more!! This app kept me from throwing my new tablet in the trash because of lame button placement . GOOD WORK! |
[2012-05-12] A Google User: Love it on my galaxy nexus It is a fantastic little tweak although it would be better If the ICS themed buttons were a higher resolution and also the multitasking button actually initiated the multitasking but either way I love it :D |
[2012-05-10] A Google User: Just what I needed for a NookColor on CM7 |
[2012-03-26] A Google User: Button not working Recent apps button not working on ICS.(teameos rom on motorola xoom) |
[2012-03-15] A Google User: Awesome app great work Need more trigger locations. But still fantastic. I didn't like it at first but it grew on me and now I love it |
[2012-03-10] A Google User: Droid X Really great with Otterbox. |
[2012-03-10] A Google User: I really like its customized "recent apps" I managed to get a simple one button "recent apps" that works awesome. I even like it more than ICS' |
[2012-03-09] A Google User: Creates Dead Zone! Swipe to show is nice, but it makes the side of the screen dead. Apps & games with controls under the swipe zone are now unusable. New buttons are more clutter than useful... these poorly implemented new features hurt Button Savior. |
[2012-03-09] A Google User: Life safer I use this neat tool as a replacement for my broken home button ty guys keep. Up the good work |
[2012-03-03] A Google User: GREAT UTILITY !!! I use the free version on my HD2 since the first release, then 2 weeks ago I got a tablet, and hated the back button on the bottom left, so I put Button Savior, but I wanted volume buttons, when I saw that the new version has volume controls I went immediately and bought the Pro Key... LOVE IT.... |
[2012-02-21] A Google User: Love the app. Works on ics Works good on sgs with ics but may cause just a slight lag when scrolling. Still an awesome app. I look forward to some speed tweaks. |
[2012-02-18] A Google User: Makes the Nook Simple Reader (NSR) usable in an intutive and classy way. Thanks for an awesome app! |
[2012-02-17] A Google User: Perfect Nice app to my Galaxy Nexus with 1280 wallpaper. |
[2012-02-14] A Google User: Nook Tablet Rooted tablet, this makes the thing usable. Pro makes it much better. |
[2012-01-29] A Google User: Great app. Very useful to be able to turn off without using the power button. |
[2012-01-27] A Google User: Nice but... You could make the option to remove the hide button and deactivate in certain activities such as the app drawer. |
[2012-01-25] A Google User: Great Love it |
[2012-01-04] A Google User: Option to remap button is good, but... Option to remap button is good, but it don't allow changing the icon to match the new action, would give 5 stars once this is in. |
[2012-01-01] A Google User: Great for NT Use on my rooted nook tablet. Even with home catcher you still miss menu back search which is where this comes in |
[2011-12-17] A Google User: Great for Nook Tablet Very handy on NT where there is only one physical button, no home softkey, and softkeys are no displayed by some apps. |
[2011-11-10] A Google User: . Once you get used to the position of the buttons it works really nicely. Has given new life to my oldish HTC desire with it's failing back button! |
[2011-10-17] A Google User: Fantastic App Can't fault this app at all, thanks dev. My hardware keys are 19 months old and don't work so I am immeasurably pleased with this app. Glad I donated |
[2011-10-10] A Google User: Love the app. One feature request... App works like a charm. I would love to see the Landscape/Portrait switch... I would like to turn it off in landscape and have it enabled in portrait. |
[2011-09-17] A Google User: Exelent for my Galaxy Tab 10.1 I place buttons in the right side of my screens and are very handy. |
[2011-09-15] A Google User: Great app Add volume buttons, other than that this app was worth the money. It much more convenient especially the back buttons than using the hard buttons |
[2011-09-15] A Google User: Great app! I've been lookin for this kind of app for ages. |
