[2012-06-13] A Google User: Awful interface Just feels half baked to me. If I'm paying subscription fees for an appointment I want to see regular updates, but no updates on this for nearly 7 months. Don't fancy the chances of it improving much |

[2012-02-14] A Google User: Buggy and unresponsive At first I thought this had potential. But there are bugs. It thinks that zero issues are assigned to me. Every few minutes it raises notifications for every single change to any issue in Jira, whether assigned to me or not. Sometimes clicking on the notification goes to the app on an empty screen. Of the 3 issues I entered in their support system, 2 were closed without response, and the third they haven't made any progress on. I gave them my Jira login ID to try to debug a problem and they sent spam to it claiming that I "subscribed" under that address, which I did not. If they ever fix the bugs and start behaving professionally it may be worth another look but for now I recommend avoiding it. |
