Frame design 2D (v. 2.66) Разработано Dako |
This 2D linear static analysis app allows you to analyze the force distribution, deflections and tensions in 2D structures.
It is a feature rich app based on the Finite Element Method (FEM analysis). It is especially useful for civil engineers, mechanical engineers, architects and students.
You may input and edit beams, forces, supports etc both graphically and textually. The calculations are performed transparently in the background without disturbing your work.
Obviously this will not replace your desktop software, but it is helpfull in situations you need a quick solver for simple cases on the go.
Main features are:
* Moment, Shear, Stress, Deflection, Reaction forces and Unity checks
*F, T and q (rectangular and triangular) loads
*Fixed and hinge connections at beam ends
*Imposed deflections
*M, N, V, ux, uz, utot, phi, sigma and unity checks output
*Fixed, hinge and roller supports in any direction
*Load cases and load combinations, including safety factors
*Profile groups; each group can have its own color
*Import any steel profile or general section from our free Engineering Libraries (EU, UK, AU, US & CA profiles)
*Export to our Concrete Design and Steel Design apps
*Export to picture or Word .doc document
*Undo function
*Annotations
*Multi copy
*Scale entire structure
*Automatic dimension lines (Autocad look)
*Element and node numbers
*Both graphical and textual edit modes
*Metric & Imperial units
*Multitouch zoom (pinch zooming)
*Many options for showing/hiding items
*Options to set almost all colors in the app
*Dark and light theme
*Available in 10 Languages
*Save your structures in the cloud (CloudConstruct)

[2011-08-02] Trent: This is awesome for checking moments and forces! Great as an engineering student! |
|
[2011-07-31] vikky: These guys are the best! The applications that they have developed is very powerful yet so easy to use! Even the customer support is very very good! |
|
[2011-07-20] O.Maille: Great app! These guys deserve support. Maybe export names should match saved structure name |
|
[2011-07-18] Martin: Ok. Needs better instructions..difficult to use. Handy though for a quick check by constr. engineer. Used on Archos 101 tablet. |
|
[2011-06-11] g13a: Good app! |
|
[2011-05-21] Sean: Great app. Can be hard to select the right element for editing. Australian One Steel catalogue would be great! |
|
[2011-04-29] Brian: Great for quick analysis. Doesn't replace desktop software but it's an awesome tool to have. |
|
[2011-04-27] Sweeney: Third update today? Why |
|
[2011-04-23] Ryan: Now you have added enough for it to deserve 5 stars. Keep going with it!! |
|
[2011-04-10] Rohit: Very important application for civil engineers |
|
[2011-03-10] i_hear_all: Very nice, great support from developer |
|
[2011-03-07] Gordon: Very useful. Using it to study for the ncarb exam... great to use for checking yourself |
|
[2011-03-07] r_kivari: This very useful in my studies! Thank you for writing this program! |
|
[2011-03-02] Nicholas: stop complaining about a great engineering tool. Only thing it needs is triangular distributed loads and it'd be perfect |
|
[2011-02-28] Mario: force close |
|
[2011-02-18] Mark : Ads take 1/4 of my screen. |
|
[2011-02-11] semerkand: Wonderfull |
|
[2011-02-08] i_hear_all: Good but due to bad screen scaling on small screens I'm only giving it 2 stars. Fix this and I will give 5. HTC wildfire. |
|
[2011-02-03] O.Maille: Great app, load factors and import/export with .xlsx would complete it |
|
[2011-01-27] fendereater: This app needs an option for mid-beam roller supports and hinges. Please include in next update |
