Given the length and width (in feet), and thickness (in inches) of a rectangular area to pave, Asphalt Calculator calculates square yards and estimated tons of hot mix required for the job, based on a standard of 150 lbs./ cubic foot, but densities of hot mix may vary. Enter cost per ton for an estimated cost of job.

[2012-12-31] A Google User: Good app Works good but how about adding a total square foot @ certain depth? Like if I measure up a big job to a total square footage, then say at 3" = ??? |

[2012-06-12] A Google User: Better than the higher priced apps!!! Paid $3.00 for some asphalt calulator pro. Well it was pro alright! Pro Crap!!! Quickly uninstalled it and got a refund. Downloaded this one for $.99 and LOVE it! Simple use and it is all you need. Doesn't do radius or trianles so be aware of that. But rhose are easy to figure. Hust makie area ibro and divide by 2. I am happy with tgis app and far better than rhe higher prixed ones! |
