This app shows you the events that are on your calendar within the next 7 days. The user is able to choose which calendar they want to display, and the app will automatically display the events from the calendar. The events will display with the color that is associated with the given calendar (the color the built-in calendar app uses).
There is also a widget that comes with this app. It will display the first event on your chosen calendars. The widget is very customizable; you can choose font color, background color and background transparency. The color associated with the event's calendar is displayed on the calendar in the widget.
