You can save a lot of battery using SaveBatteryPro.

On the moment your battery is low (user-defined!), I will disable the internet connection for you, but not if the screen is active.
This way you are able to use your mobile phone for almost an extra day!

The internet connection will automatically reconnect if the mobile phone goes into the charger.

Fire Shifts - Denver Pro (v. 1.2.0)

A fire shift calendar for Denver, CO.  It shows A,B,C shifts in a colored order.

To sync with Google calendar just put "payday" or "Trade off", etc. somewhere in the title of the event.  The corresponding symbol will show up in Fire Shifts.

$ = Payday
TO = Trade Off
TW = Trade Work
V = Vacation
* = Holiday

Works indefinitely.  

Free version also available but does not include syncing with Google Calendars and is ad supported.

F.A.Q
* How to add widget to home screen
  On phone home screen press "menu", then "add", click on "widgets" and choose "Simple Calendar Widget" from the list
  (If you can't press add button for some reason, workaround is to press and hold any space on the home screen and a menu pops up)
  On most of devices with Android 4.0 widget can be found under "Widgets" tab in app drawer
* Can't find simple calendar in list of Widgets
  Try to restart home launcher application (or device)
* Re-size widget
  Android 3.0+ supports by default. For older Android versions this can be dome by installing alternative home launcher application
* Options missing since Simple Calendar Widget 2.3 update (Alternative layouts, Line color, Scrollable hack)
  The options can be found in menu under Skin -> Simi Skin -> Alternative layouts/Options
* Show weather forecast on the widget
  Just set it up in settings of desktop version of Google calendar.
  For steps just search for "Weather forecasts in your calendar" in Google.
* Include more interesting calendars like holidays, birthday dates or sport news.
  Search for "Add interesting calendars from Google Calendar" and follow the instructions

Fast Photo Notes allows you to attach notes to photos taken with the app or existing photos in the gallery and add them to a list.  After adding notes to a photo you can share the photos and notes via social network apps, email, or any other app that will take a photo or notes as input.  You can also export (backup) the entire list and either share it or just have it available to import into the Pro version.  Double tap photos for pinch and zoom.

• Shopping, wish, or real estate lists
• Progress tracking for weight loss, construction, nature progressions, etc.

Fast Photo Notes Pro allows you to attach notes to photos taken with the app or existing photos in the gallery and add them to a list.  After adding notes to a photo you can share the photos and notes via social network apps, email, or any other app that will take a photo or notes as input.  The pro version has ads removed and lets you create multiple lists of photo notes instead of just one list, email an entire list of photos with notes zipped up (aka backup) as an attachment, import zipped up lists including the free version list and allows you to create/use saved labels, so adding common notes (aka labels) to photos is a lot quicker.  Double tap photos for pinch and zoom.

AD FREE (No idea what the comment about this version having advertisements is about, the free version has ads, not this one)

Store a series of images as a session so you can quickly and easily find a specific presentation or lecture. Take pictures of anything and everything then annotate freely: if you are unhappy with auto-cropping then use manual cropping and select the corners of the presentation area.
