This is a very simple application you can use to download full albums from the Picasa Web Albums to your phone so that you can view them offline anytime.

Please contact me by email for requests, help and errors.

Works for both public and private albums!

New features are coming soon.

The application is using google analytics to track application usage.

Bare minimum It does download albums to be local on the phone. Doesn't use device account, and requires login every time (for private albums) without saving password, so even one-time password is useless. UI is klunky. Sort order by creation date is backwards on downloaded albums.

When i use it .i know it what i need ! it can download your picasa album but not need via your Android divice. so i have no more to tolerate the mess album. they always sync my all pics including some post pics ! so it's a nice app . but it still have problem that if i pause the download. it stop , and C ! A ! N ! T ! continue download .you know each of my album have athousand pics ! so i need to download all them again ! another problem is it can't directly connect the picasa in China. anyway it not google or developer's matter. so , hoping you doing well ~ i really don't like 163 web album.

Picture order is backwards On gingerbread picasa web app downloaded everything to my device. In jellybean I need a separate program to download? Uncool. And displaying them in backwards order? Unacceptable.

Simple but great app No frills approach. Does what its name says, download from picasa web to local folder with name= album name

Worked fine Simple ui, all good there, downloaded all the pictures, but wiped the geolocation information from the images... *sigh* otherwise worked great. All I wanted was copies of my files with geo info but it didn't do that.

Works It loads albums that you must long press to download. After long pressing which albums you want to download, it just pops uo a bar that says download. At first you wait as it appears to be a status bar, but it's a button you must press after the long press to download the album. Remove that last step so that it just begins album download after long press and I'll give a higher rating.

Constantly crashes for no apparent reason. Constant download failed messages. Has to be constantly restarted to download more than one album. Does not remember passwords and does recognise correct username/password combinations. It is a pity that I cannot give a rating of less than 1 star, complete load C**p.
