Usefull toolkit for photographers that could be improved. In particular the white text on white background on options renders text invisible. White text would be much better on a black background for use in low light and would not reduce the users night vision.

Photo tools pro The developer needs to listen to people. Too many in app failures and much of the time this app just forces closure. This could be one of the best out there but just now it's in the bottom five for me. Sorry.

Nice start to a great app This toolset has a lot of potential bit it also has a lot of garbage. If the developer were to roundtable with some knowledgeable photographers some really usefull ideas could be implemented. Instead it falls way short on ability to be a truly useful tool.

Excellent, but would be awesome if... All that's missing is a bracketed exposure calculator. I shoot lots of HDR and may shoot a range of 9 different exposures to capture a scene. On iphone there is an app that calculates what settings you should use if you enter in the 0 EV settings and ISO. This would be the all in one tool if it gave you the shutter settings for +4 EV all the way down to -4EV so you could just dial in the shutter speed and be done quickly for all 9 shots. Other tools are excellent though, and I find this app really useful. Worth the price of 'donation' if you are serious about photography. ;)

awesome app with great support from developer awesome! so many useful tools. some of the sorting in the lens and ccd selection lists could be improved or simplified but it is all there. Had some crashing issues with some of the functions in the last version but once author was made aware he responded quickly with an updated version that fixed all the problems. thanks Hans, keep it up!

Very comprehensive I would have liked the possibility to name my own lenses, and remove the others (or maybe I don't know how to). It would be nice to have a zoom lens eg 70-200 appearing as such, and to slide a virtual zoom ring to the actual length. Same goes for camera models, my D7000 has ISO 100 through 25600, beyond is irrelevant, dito for shutter speeds, f-values for lenses... I like the presence of the ND filters very much. The Bellows tool would profit from a few fixed steps, as these exist as extension tubes. Why not a teleconverter tool? If I have more requests, I'll post them. Thanks.

Useful, but a bit flawed A very useful set of tools for the photographer. I mostly use the DOF calculator, but am starting to learn some of the other tools and see how they would be useful. Some tools simply don't work for me, don't know if that is the app in general or it just does not agree with my phone (Samsung Galaxy Nexus). What I don't like is that you have to predefine a set of lenses, and the only property each lens has is its focal length. Seems to me it would be easier to just enter the focal length when required. My main lens is a 70-200 zoom, so I would need to set up a 70mm lens, a 71mm lens, a 72mm lens, etc.
