Presenting the hidden remains of the Hokkaido coal mines which the world forgot about. Hidden from everyone's eyes, these majestic remnants are all what's left of the coal mines that used to be the backbone of the Japanese industry. Take a closer look at the majesty of these ruins, from the Haboro Coal Mine hidden deep in the woods, to the sunken Asano Uryu facility or the Honbetsu Coal Mine, once known for its colossal vertical mine shaft.
