Easy Image Splice is a fast and free application which allows you to easily splice together two images. Select the splice percentage for each photo and whether to splice horizontally or vertically, and that's that. You can preview your spliced image or save it out to a file.

[2011-12-15] Geo: Nice, simple. Low res though. Took two screen shots, so equally crisp and sized pictures. The saved file came out spliced right, but incredibly low res and blurry. |
