More than a simple wallpaper update tool, you can use WallChanger to take any of your pictures, wallpapers, or a few hand selected gallery images, then put a nice weather widget on top, resulting in the look and functionality of a live wallpaper or weather widget, but it's built into the actual wallpaper.
The process only runs when you want it to, so there is no phone slowdown because of memory being used when you don't want it to.
Please note that this app is still under active development, so please let me know if you find any errors or things you would like to see changed. Also, if something doesn't work quite right, please don't just give me a 1-star review. That doesn't help anybody.
