This clock is of special interest to all those looking for simple, elegant lines and minimal clutter on their home screens. The dial is semi-transparent, so you can see your wallpaper through it. Also, the hour and minute dials show a "linear polarizer" effect when they align, due to an innovative polarizer alpha-map incorporated in this design.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a home-screen widget and not a regular application: It does not "run" from the Applications Drawer, in fact you won't even find its icon there, when the install completes.

To use this clock, you must add it to your home screen by following the instructions below:
* Long-press on any unused portion of any of your home screens.
* In the menu that pops up, select "Widgets", then scroll down to the "Pol-Clock" entries in the list.
* Select either Big, Small, or Tiny, depending on what size of clock you want to use.
* That's it, your new Polarizer Clock will show up!

*** Please note: If your Android device has a small screen (QVGA) / older Android version, the "Big" version of the analog clock may not work. Please select "Small" or "Tiny" in such cases.

The clock has only hour and minute indicators, no "seconds hand" is planned. The widget has three sizes, 1x1, 2 x 2 and 4 x 3. Also, the clock does not run a "service" in the background, so battery drain should be minimal.

Note: It is live wallpaper so you can't open the app, you will need to follow the instruction above in order to set the wallpaper. Also slower/older devices (shipped with Android OS below 2.1) can't run it too, currently it has been tested on Nexus S, HTC Desire and Samsung tab so any mobile devices that is equivalent to them should run fine.

If you have put the app on SD card and restarted the phone, the wallpaper will reset to default since the system couldn't find the app first.

FAQ:
1. Why is there "Internet access" permission?
It is for Google ads on setting screen only, nothing else. Pro version is ads free with more features.

2. Wallpaper resets to default after reboot/restart the phone?
Please move the app to phone instead of SD card.

Question & Answer:

I have downloaded and installed it. How do I set it up as a Live Wallpaper?

- go to your home screen;
- press the menu button on your device;
- select "Wallpaper";
- select "Live Wallpapers";
- search and select for "<name_app> Live Wallpaper"
- select "Settings" to see the settings or select "Set wallpaper" to activate it.

System Requirement:

There are two requirements to use live wallpaper:
1) compatible hardware;
2) compatible OS.

1) compatible hardware -- any phone that came with Android OS 2.0 or later should work fine. Anything that came with 1.5 / 1.6 may have problems. HTC Droid Eris, Hero, Legend, Spica, and their cousins are known to have problems, even when updated to Android OS 2.X.

2) compatible OS -- Android OS 2.1 (Eclair) or later can use live wallpapers
