X-Men 3D Live Wallpaper (v. 1.3.1)

For all X Men fans out there I've created this 3D live wallpaper with the following characters(form left to right):

<li>Cyclops</li>
<li>Professor Xavier</li>
<li>Nightcrawler</li>
<li>Beast</li>
<li>Wolverine</li>
</ul>

Switch between virtual screens to admire the characters from different angles.

The wallpaper is interactive via the touch screen:
* pitch to scale the logo
* double tap on it to increase its size
* small rotation gesture on it to increase its rotation speed, or even the rotation direction!

A "rotation gesture" is a single-finger quick rotation move on the touch screen, like for drawing a circle segment. The rotation speed is updated according to the velocity and the direction of the rotation gesture. So, for instance a clockwise rotation of the logo can be stopped via a "strong-enough" counter-clockwise rotation gesture. Horizontal rotation gestures will not be taken into account. They mix with the horizontal swipe gesture, which is reserved for switching between virtual screens, as you may already know.

Initially, the rotation movement is disabled. If you want to enable/disable the rotation movement, just use the checkbox from the Preferences page.

You can also configure the wallpaper via the Preferences menu:
* adjust the rotation speed
* adjust the revolution(rotation vs itself) speed
* scale the X-Men logo
* choose the X-Men logo image

You must have either ADW Launcher, Adw Launcher EX, Open Home, Circle Launcher Pro, or Desktop Visualizer installed to be able to use these icons. These are only icons for custom shortcuts and the will not replace your launcher icons in your app draw. There are 470 icons in this pack and all icons are in high resolution without cheap variations. All icons are 128 x 128 pixels so if your using Circle Launcher Pro they will look great at 1 x 2.

This application will theme ALL LauncherPro Plus widgets to look like the images below.  To see all of my themes, visit http://signals23.blogspot.com.

This application will only work with the pro version of LauncherPro Plus with theme engine.  You can download that application here: http://bit.ly/esPpFt.

- ALL 9 LauncherPro Plus widgets are themed via this application.
- You still need to purchase the Market unlocker for LauncherPro to gain access to the widgets.  The unlocker can be found here: http://bit.ly/fYU47o.
- This will work if you have purchased the Paypal version of LauncherPro, as long as you install the beta application mentioned above.
- Install this application, then go to LauncherPro Preferences->LP Widget Settings->Select the widget you want to theme->Select Skin->signals23-BLOCKS.  Backout and restart LauncherPro to see the changes.

CURRENT LIMITATIONS OF THE LAUNCHERPRO THEME ENGINE:

- I can't change the color of the notification bubbles
- I can't move the refresh icon
- In some themes, the calendar grid looks bad because of the padding

When these things are implemented, I will update the themes accordingly.

SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

Live Wallpapers are presented to you in the Market, if your phone supports them. This is the case for most of Android 2.1 phones.

INSTALLATION

After you installed it from the Google Market you can activate Lightwell as Live Wallpaper on your phone.
Go to your homescreen, press the menu key, select "Wallpaper". Select "Live wallpapers" and choose "Lightwell Live Wallpaper". Now the wallpaper configuration dialog will open. You can select "Settings..." and choose your favorite background image and font colors. Return to previous screen by pressing your back key and activiate Lightwell by pressing "Set wallpaper".

CONFIGURATION

You can change the configuration by pressing the menu key on your homescreen and select "Wallpaper". Now select the first item "Configure..." and the Lightwell configuration dialog will open.
You can change the background image and font color styles. Lightwell wp is shipping several background images already. Additionally you can select an own picture of your gallery.
