It is the 4th live wallpaper in the "Taskiv-Chan".

This time, "Taskiv-Chan" doesn't appear. A blue bear appears when the screen is touched.

To Install download "91PandahomePro" from the market first and apply to phone. Then go to the theme apply theme.  At times one might have to go to settings then pick "pandahome settings" then the icon that says "Themes" then the theme will be listed there. Pick the theme then APPLY. When you return to your home screen it should be applied. If you continues to have problems please email me.  THEME WONT WORK WITHOUT the "91PandahomePro" app installed on your phone first.
