Simply awesome I would've given it 5 stars if the voice function icon actually worked with one press of a finger. However this is no doubt the best alternative and better than GO's bar. You shouldn't have to dl a theme to install a bar like this imo. Great widget.

T-Mobile G2x, 2.3.3, Philippines It serves as a search bar very well. All parts (Google, blank space, microphone) works when clicked on. I just wish that I would have the black Google search bar. You know, for Android 4.0 devices that do not use the stock Android 4.0 interface (HTC One, Galaxy S II on Android 4.0.3, etc.) Thanks for this!

Good Needs a setting to choose alternate browser for instance I use the Dolphin browser instead of only being able to use the stock browser and a few visual touch-ups. Fix it up and I'll up my ratings

Download this if you're still on Gingerbread For those of us with dark themes, this is a HUGE improvement on the stock GB search bar, thanks! Two suggestions: All the widgets should be together in my widget list, ie. they should be named "Tiwiz ICS Search Bar White" or something, instead of just "White", so I can easily see all the options and they don't clutter the list. Alternatively, you could just have one widget that is configurable. It would be nice to be able to change box colour, background, text colour, maybe even border width. Not sure if that would be more work than it's worth for you, though.

Works well, looks cool. Samsung Captivate Glide OC'd to 1.3Ghz on Gingerbread 2.3.5. Much more elegant than the stock search and seems to work perfectly fine. Thank you.
