This is a Live Wallpaper. Your device must support live wallpapers. Not all devices support live wallpapers.
To apply the wallpaper:
Go to the home screen, press Menu button, Wallpaper, Live Wallpapers. Select the wallpaper from the list.
To display the helmet instead of the logo, under logo settings, choose 3d model. The helmet takes longer to load so be patient.
