Enjoy an authentic classic Space Invaders arcade machine as a wallpaper on your phone!
The game inside the machine is not a video, is an EMULATOR, this means you actually have the REAL game that you could find in the arcades, as LIVE WALLPAPER!
Two great modes of wallpaper, Cabinet and Screen!
Attention:
I ONLY HAVE TWO ANDROID PHONES TO TEST MY APPS, AND ONE OF THEM DOESNT SUPPORT LIVE WALLPAPERS. IF THIS WALLPAPER DOESNT WORK ON YOUR PHONE, (FORCE CLOSE) PLEASE, DONT RATE ME AT MARKET. I REALLY DONT KNOW WHY IT DOESNT WORK ON ALL PHONES.
THIS WALLPAPER IS TESTED AND WORKING ON SAMSUNG GALAXY S, OFFICIAL FROYO 2.2.
You'll need Space invaders arcade ROMS ir order to make the arcade machine work, the game is CopyRight of TAITO and I cannot include them with the wallpaper!
I've included a little app that downloads the needed roms automatically, just execute' Space ivanders Live' on your apps menu and press the download button. No need to do nothing manually. These roms are downloaded from free ROMS webpages on internet that have NO relationship with me. Remember that you can only download those roms if you own the original game or have payed for it sometimes.
If you download the roms manually the file needs to be named 'invaders.zip' and you can put it on sd root or on a folder called 'spacelivewallpaper'
If you dont download the roms you'll see a black screen on the arcade machine on cabinet mode, or an static space invaders screen on 'screen' mode.
Usage:
On home, press Menu Wallpapers and select Live Wallpapers. Then select Space Invaders Live
wallpaper, enjoy!
Credits:
Emulator is based/ported/modified on DCSI v0.4 for dreamcast by D. Finck, Loading roms
routines from Centipede emulator.
PERMISSIONS:
Although the application itself does not need internet to work, it is necessary to download the roms and advertising.
Is possible that AdSense advertising can collect data (no personal data) from your mobile to suit your advertising needs.
