Select "Cyanogen Mod Pro ADW Theme" and Apply Theme!

To customize the Drawer, tap the drawer icon, select Edit->click on the icon->ADWTheme Icon Packs ->Cyanogen Mod Pro ADW Theme->Choose icon.
