NeyetLight (v. 1.0) Разработано Absurdity Software |
NeyetLight (pronounced like nightlight) changes the color and brightness of your Android device's (phone, tablet or otherwise) screen based on the time of day. By changing the brightness and color of your screen at night you can reduce the strain on your eyes. There is even research that suggests that without doing this your Android device may be causing you to stay up too late!
With NeyetLight you can change the color, brightness (you can even lower the brightness more than usual with extra dimming), transition time of day to night, and transition time for day and night. Simply set your options and enjoy the lowered strain on your eyes.

[2011-12-17] Simon: blackwatch plaid More of a brown overlay than an actual tint filter like f.lux on my IPS Nook Color, and it interferes with video playback (no picture on YouTube and many Flash videos or video refuses to play at all). Also the Install button for any app refuses to work in the Amazon Appstore. All of these problems are instantly remedied by disabling NeyetLight. Otherwise the app works well enough for nighttime reading and surfing. Blue light is cut and I can go below the minimum brightness setting when needed. I'd complain about automatic sunrise/set settings, but I live in a place where cloudly skies dominate the winters: so I just leave it running constantly. |

[2011-12-09] chaosmachine: As others have mentioned this is as close to flux as you can get on Android. Nice work. |
[2011-11-17] Alperen: This does not work like f.lux This one does not work like f.lux or redshift. At least not on O-LED screens. It creates a very bad looking orange tints, but definitely not similar to f.lux does. On f.lux, blacks are black for example. On this one, blacks are orange as well. |

[2011-11-05] Ronald Pottol: If you are looking for an f.lux android app, this is it. It does not automatically adjust the times though. It would be nice as a Latitude plugin. |

[2011-09-30] theEota: Great app Needs manual tuning but otherwise great |
[2011-09-27] harvey: It's lacking auto start which is a real pain |
[2011-09-12] JP: Awesome Best app since flux on PC! It's great as at night, I tend to read or watch movies and not only does it block blue light but also avoids eye strain! |
[2011-09-04] Kyle: Love it Great! Thank you. Would like to see autostart, coordinate intelligence (or zip code/GPS local), and add/rem notification. |
[2011-08-04] Justin: Use to having f.lux on my pc so this is great. However, it would be nice if there were an option to kill the status bar icon. |
[2011-07-31] .: 5 stars! This is an essential app for me. Its superior to flu.x as it allows you to manipulate the color temperature to even darker levels |
[2011-07-19] Jason: I use f.lux on my computers, and had been missing it on my phone. The app is great but needs to be location aware for sunrise/sunset. |
[2011-07-11] Stephanie: Works Well It would be better if the sunrise / sunset were automatically set based on location (as another reviewer has said). I like it though, since I use F.lux on my computers it just keeps all my devices consistent. |
[2011-06-13] Krizzzopolis: Great, but would be greater if sun rise/set were location-automatic. |
[2011-05-31] Jeff: Works well. I use my phone in bed a lot - very helpful. thanks. |
