Not enough stars on the flag. Not enough stars show on the American flag. I'm on a Galaxy Nexus. Also there is too much memory being used, 30MB. Fix the stars, and I'll bump the rating to 4. Lower the memory and I'll add one more.

Stars on flag To the person who claims stars are on wrong side. When flag is hanging sideways or downward, the stars are "supposed" to be in upper lefthand corner, which is where they are in this wallpaper. Nothing wrong w/ this app! :-)

Flag etiquette How it can be displayed, or the proper way. The proper way it should be suspended vertically with the union to the north in an east and west street or to the east in a north and south street. Do love how no crazy permissions are required.

Look up on the internet "correct flag display" or watch a session of congress on c-span. The blue field should always be placed on left side.
