Once downloaded and installed, go to "Menu" -> "Wallpaper" -> "Animated Wallpaper" -> select the wallpaper and click "set as wallpaper."

You can also select a holding wallpaper on your desktop and selecting "Wallpapers" -> "Animated Wallpaper."

You can set the size of animated wallpaper (Large, Medium or Small), also the speed of movement, changing the frames per second "FPS".

To uninstall an animated wallpaper go to "Menu" -> "Settings" -> "Applications" -> "Manage Applications" and select the wallpaper and click "Uninstall."
