This is a MIUI Spiral GREEN Analog Clock with a 3 sizes for your home screen.
Add by long press on the home screen and choose Transparent Clock from the menu.
There is support for resizing(if your launcher supports it), saving you the trouble from selecting it again from the widgets menu.
