Get information about the number of missed calls, unread SMS, unread Gmail messages and notifications from virtually any application a glance with this simple yet very customizable widget. You can use it with any lockscreen replacement app to access all this information without need to unlock your phone.

Missed It! must be enabled as an Accessibility Service to be able to receive application notifications ('Settings » Accessibility » Accessibility services'). If enabled and application notifications not detected, try disabling and then re-enabling.

Starting from Gmail 2.3.5, Google doesn't allow 3rd party apps to access Gmail application data. This means that Missed It! is unable to obtain "directly" the number of unread emails on Gmail. You can yet monitor for new Gmail messages if you add it to Missed It! as any other regular application.

Features:

* It currently reports number of missed calls, unread SMS and unread email messages of any phone's Gmail account.

* Also reports notifications from any application that uses the notification bar to report events (including WhatsApp, Tweetdeck, e-mail clients, etc).

* Customization of font and background color and transparency. Also font faces (can use fonts stored in external SD card) and styles (bold, italic, underline).

* Customization of the layout (alignments, padding, etc).

* Text messages can be customized to show whatever phrase you want.

* Represent numbers as text.

* Multiple widget sizes. User can select which sizes appears in widget list.

Galaxy S II Epic 4G Touch What a great idea for an app, unfortunately the execution isn't spot on. It works for messages and gmail and calls but I was unable to get any other apps to work with it, even after going to the accessibility menu and activating it as suggested. Really all I want is for it to work with Calls and Social Hub since the Social Hub includes sms messages, facebook, twitter, and all of my mail accounts in once place. Would be the ultimate in simplicity. I don't want to clutter the screen with 5 dif email accounts.

Works perfectly. Does not work with Gmail 2.3.5 but that is Googles fault. I'm running gmail 2.3.4.1 and am very happy. ;-)

Google+ I tried to add notifications for Google+/Huddle. However, they never show up. It allows me to add the application under the add menu and it shows when i have 0 notifications. However, it does not update when i do have a notification from the application. Did the same with Calendar. Am i doing something wrong? Because it doesn't add apps like that like it says it does i have to lower it's rating. If i can get this problem fixed the app is a 5.

Great app....previously Great widget. However latest update has caused the widgets on my homescreen to stop updating. All lines read "no new" when I do infact have messages waiting. Removing and readding the widget forces an update but no further dynamic update occurs once it reaches zero again. Maybe getting forced out of memory? Nexus S
