1. Download and install app
2. Tab on free place on screen, choose widgets, find LIBRA clock and apply it!
3. Go to phone menu and click on LIBRA settings icon.
4. Choose "Choose LIBRA Launches" to apply which app should open when you click on clock.
5. Choose "Set LIBRA Wallpaper" to choose and set wallpaper!
6. In "Set LIBRA Wallpaper" hold your finger few moments on preview picture to apply wallpaper as your background!
