Just install this theme for "Full Screen Caller Id" (aka FSCI, by Christophe Nys).
This plugin is available for both FSCI free and paid versions.
<b>Available settings:</b>
- Animate your contact picture on startup
- Choose animation background
- Hide/show options bar
- Manage top bar transparency
- Move contact picture under top bar
- Use iPhone or default Android font
- Invert buttons
