After Installing your new Live Wallpaper do the following:

Click on the home button --> menu --> wallpaper --> live wallpaper

1) Find the Live Wallpaper you downloaded and click on it
2) Click on "Settings"
3) Click on "Set Size of animation", Select Big (Default)
4) Click on "Frames Per Second(fps)", change how fast the animation moves.
5) Click on "Set Wallpaper" to run your Live Wallpaper

You need GO LAUNCHER EX to use this theme. I have seen some users just don´t read the requirements in the description. More than 3 million downloads, and more than 1 million active installations of the Windows 7 theme.
