After download and installation, you will need to go to your wallpaper settings, select live wallpaper, then select Mystical Stars, and then select your wallpaper settings then hit apply.

This app consists of an Icon Pack, Wallpaper, Custom Dock, and download links for everything else you could possibly need plus step by step instructions on how to make your phone look just like the screenshot. Download only what you want. If you only want the icons, just download them from the app etc.. Please start by installing the app and running it. Then download the instructions and read them.

The theme, icons etc. can be used with any phone and any app but to get the effect you see in the screenshot you will need to download everything including the link to Desktop Visualizer, Astro and Launcher Pro.
