Ok, the recent comments have led me to post this note:
   If you are new to themes, please look at the instructions at http://www.hitechpilot.com/home/hitechpilot-application-help/theme-help, or contact me at hitechpilot@gmail.com for help.  Rest assured, there is no key, there are no special permissions, and this is free.  What you do need to make it work is a home replacement app, please understand that you do not "open" themes, they must be "applied."  That is how all themes work on Android.
