Have you ever wanted to keep your text messages and your call logs private? Would you like to block text messages and calls from someone?  Would you like to be able to secure your text messages from anyone and everyone with a password protected decoy app?  Are you in high school or college and just want a text messaging app with a cool theme? Well, here’s your answer!

Hide texts messages for 5 contacts safely with a password protected decoy “Study Guide” app.  Once you download this app it will place a “Books” icon in your app drawer. The app appears to have errors to anyone else that looks at it.  Text from selected contacts will be in this app only and will not be put in your “regular” text messages.  Text messages in our app are completely separate and secure. When text messages are received, you get a notification in the status bar that says, “Subscription notice,” which goes with the high school or college Study Guide theme of the app having a “subscription error.” Only you will know it’s a notification for a text message.

You can switch contacts when needed.  Don’t worry - once the contact is removed it will not put prior hidden text messages in your “regular” text messaging box.  Does not transfer existing text messages – the two areas are completely separate!  Does not support MMS…

The hide call log feature allows you to add the contact and all incoming, outgoing and missed calls will be deleted from your regular call logs.  You must place the outgoing call from inside the app and you have the choice of saving your call logs inside the app!!!  

The Block text messaging feature will allow you to block incoming text messages. You have the option to save the blocked text messages so you can read them after you “unblock” the contact. Or we can discard the text messages as they come in. You can still send text messages to the contact while they are blocked. We have added the “Call Blocker” feature for that contact that is really a pain. We also give you the choice to save the call log for these blocked calls or we can discard them as they come in for you.

It does not remove or change your “regular” text message icon in the app drawer. This is not a real high school or college “Study Guide” application! It is a decoy application that allows you to hide or block text messages with password protection.

Note: It is live wallpaper so you can't open the app, you will need to follow the instruction above in order to set the wallpaper. Also slower/older devices (shipped with Android OS below 2.1) can't run it too, currently it has been tested on HTC Desire and Samsung tab so any mobile devices that is equivalent to them should run fine.

If you have put the app on SD card and restarted the phone, the wallpaper will reset to default since the system couldn't find the app first.

SlidePaper is a Live Wallpaper, which changes your wallpaper pictures.

SlidePaper contains a few pictures, but the idea is, to slide through your own pictures.

SlidePaper displays pictures as a wallpaper slideshow, changing the images:
- periodically (after some minutes passed)
- if sliding happened, or
- if you make the special gesture (Fast up and down fingerslide on screen at least 3 times.)

Installation:
Hold your finger down on the current background -> Tap Wallpapers -> Tap Live Wallpapers -> Select Slidepaper.

Settings...:
- Use built in pictures: Include built-in pictures from application is slideshow. Note: If no pictures found in the below defined folder built-in picture will show anyway.
- Folder on device: default is '/sdcard/slide'. Set where your pics are.
- With 'Recursive search' all subfolders will be included.
- 'Operation mode' defines when the background changes (see above).
  Periodically, on slide or both.
- On multi screen wallpapers the Slide change only happens if the whole wallpaper was visible and you reach the exact screen where the last change happened.
- 'Wallpaper change timeout' must be at least one minute.
- 'Image cut mode' sets how the images should be cut for screens:
     'One page - one image' means the image will be resized for exactly one screen.
     'Wide wallpaper' means the image will be resized for several screens wide, and will shown partially on sliding. (Same as normal wallpaper behavior.)
     'Automatic' means the combination of the two above.
- 'Enlarge small images' allows to use pictures smaller then the screen (but bigger than 50%)
- Tapping gesture could be disabled.

Most of the built-in pictures are from Wikimedia Commons, and copyrighted as stated there.
