This is a beautiful and stable valentine love hearts 3D live wallpaper with real 3D hearts rendererd in real time with OpenGL for smooth graphics.

Choose from more than 16000 still web camera images and let your homescreen refresh automatically in the background, or refresh it manually whenever you like.

Explanation of the various permissions used by Worldscope Widgets and why they are needed:

Permission: NETWORK COMMUNICATION/FULL INTERNET ACCESS
Purpose: to get webcam information and current images, as well as to serve ads

Permission: NETWORK COMMUNICATION/VIEW NETWORK STATE
Purpose: to check if the device is connected to Wifi in order to perform network operations and skip them if disconnected

Permission: SYSTEM TOOLS/SET WALLPAPER
Purpose: to set webcam image as homescreen wallpaper

Permission: SYSTEM TOOLS/AUTOMATICALLY START AT BOOT
Purpose: starts the alarm timer that performs recurring wallpaper or favorite widget refresh functions. No processing intensive tasks are performed at this time.

Stars is a Live Wallpaper.

After you have downloaded and installed it,  You need in order to set it  as a Live Wallpaper:

- go to your home screen;
- press the menu button on your device;
- select "Wallpaper";
- select "Live Wallpapers";
- search and select for this Live Wallpaper"
- select "Settings" to see the settings or select "Set wallpaper" to activate it.

System Requirement:

any phone that came with Android OS 2.0 or later should work fine. Anything that came with 1.5 / 1.6 may have problems
