Diabetes is so common in so many different ages and types of people. My father for instance lived his whole entire life until he was 50 and finally was diagnosed with this crippling disease. It not only forces you to watch how much and what you eat BUT it also takes away your mobility!
He has a rough time walking because his feet and legs are a purplish color and his eyes are getting worse and worse.
Young people need to start NOW, watching what they eat because when you get this.. its not real easy to get rid of!
