Go to Settings then Language and Keyboard Settings.
Make sure your input method is set to Smart Keyboard.
Then Smart Keyboard settings then general settings then select skin.
Select the keyboard skin you downloaded.
*Instructions - Perfect Keyboard*
Go to Settings then Language and Keyboard Settings.
Make sure your input method is set to Perfect Keyboard.
Select Appearance.
Select change theme and select the skin you downloaded.
Some phones may require long pressing a search dialog box (for example Google Search) in order to change the input method to the keyboard app you are using.
