Home Screen widget displaying what happened today in history, also called "On This Day" or "Today in history". The data is downloaded and parsed from the English Wikipedia, so the widget got no influence on which events are choosen, this only depends on Wikipedia. You can select the style of the widget.

If you got problems with the widget, try removing and readding it.

This Widget is OpenSource / GPL3, download the source from www.dbruhn.de

Recent changes:
- Widget shows a gramatically correct title if event is one year ago.
- Widget doesn't crash if search-button is pressed.

It would be nice if the widget fetched more articles from wikipedia. It runs out too quickly.
