Good Plenty of functionality and customization features, but it's too bloated. Even if you install it to the SD card, it keeps a good chunk of itself in device memory and - the worst part - articles seem to take up device memory, too! Try deleting a good bunch of articles and see how device memory usage drops. That's awful. That's for RSS. The podcast part is unusable, I've never been able to play any episode of any podcast after they're downloaded...

Hmm Excellent overall, but more and more often, it's been re-downloading old content from feeds. Most troubling for podcasts, which sometimes will suddenly download the headers of every podcast a given feed has posted, even if there are hundreds going back years, and this behaviour seems entirely random.

Good not great Recently started restarting podcasts if the podcast is paused and the screen turns off. Pretty annoying, but tolerable. Still the best app to handle podcasts.

BEWARE DEFAULT SETTINGS!?$ I'm sure it is a great Rss feed BUT WHAT IS WITH THE MASSIVE NUMBER OF RSS FREDS U ARE SUBSCRIBED TO BY DEFAULT. I installed this, meaning to try it later; Without me even using it once, it has chewed through 1.6 gigs in the month! Now I will probably go over my limit and get a massive bill! Cheers! Uninstalled out of spite!

Clunky UI & no speed changer. There's no way to listen to podcasts at faster speeds. No speed changer in app, no usable plug in, no standalone apps work with it. Life is to short to drag through interesting podcasts that are unfortunately filled with long awkward pauses and too much intermittent banter. Pocketcasts uses Presto plug in audio changer, so that's the app for me. Sorry.

Could do better A good rss app but the two draw backs i have is that i cant make it run and play podcasts in the background so i can get on with doing other stuff on my phone and i cant seem to get it to actually download the podcast! Maybe im just doing something wrong!

Go for Beyondpod!!! I had Rssdemon for two month and it only brought me a lot of problems with the configuration, bugs, non understandable too small icons, missing features like download queue and a bunch of uncompleted episodes... I've had Beyondpod for one week and it is a pure wonder of clarity and efficiency!!

Wasnt update articles The app wasnt update the Rss plus at start it fill ups with its own RSS feeds which are useless for some people and takes a lot of bandwith which cost! Dissapointed!

Ok to start with I have a news blog so found it perfect for manufacturer press releases on the go. However, it downloads at random times including on 3G whether I have download credit or not. Potentially costing me money. I don't see a setting to put it on wifi only. After a few weeks it's simply stopped working so I've uninstalled it.

Too good This RSS app is too good. I found all of the websites I wanted feeds from, and as the blog or news item is updated, so is my phone. The format is great and easy too use, even to this RSS feed rookie. Which means I too often have my phone out for reading. But that's my problem, not theirs. An easy 5 stars. Works wonderfully.
