It is so terrible now that i am installing. organization is crap, hogs data, freezes, closes randomly, have to manually update...its just bad. breaking point was the app scrolling back to the top every 2 seconds while trying to read page. was going to pull my hair out. A terrible app made by people, terrible at their job. |

[2013-04-18] A Google User: What happened? This was once my preferred news app. The Android interface is just ugly. Content can't be modified to focus on the US. For example, I don 't want to see English soccer or cricket. I am sure someone in the UK doesn't care about MLB. |

[2013-04-08] A Google User: Beautiful app but design and use-ability issues. Great looking app (although a bit messy on N7 when scrolling). The news is beyond thorough and completely editable.... However it would be nice if they moved the "reset" button to anywhere other than next to the "refresh" button... I can't count how many times after carefully editing what news I want I've hit "reset", nor can count the expletives that have that have then come out of my mouth. Technicals and fundamentals are apologetic tabs, however one must not be too hard on Reuters as they are a news service afterall and do not specialize in these services. |

The bad news: This is the most unstable app I've ever used. Many (if not most) activities freeze the UI. Freezes can last for over two minutes, during which time, the device is rendered useless. I've many times listened in vain to my phone ringing, unable to answer because the screen is frozen. Many other quirks like the story resetting repeatedly to the beginning when you've read a couple pages. |
