Browsing:
By condensing the stories to the names of the deceased and a few headlines, you can find stories that are important to you much quicker than you can in paper or online. Each snippet of an obituary is linked to the larger story so that you can continue reading at the click of a button


Sharing:
Many of us read the obituaries so that we are aware of old friends or distant family members that have passed. With a touch of a button you can share the story through email, Facebook, or Twitter so that all your friends and family can stay informed.


Coverage:
We currently are covering obituaries from over a hundred of the largest newspapers in America and Canada. Our current coverage is listed below, and we will update as we add more cities each week. So if you don’t see your location covered keep checking back or shoot us an email and we will be sure to add it.

We also are proud to cover all of those brave American soldiers who have been killed defending their country. It is these individuals who pay the price of maintaing freedom, and we feel it is the duty of every American to know the names and faces of these soldiers.

O site A Capa (www.acapa.com.br) surgiu em julho de 2006 sob a perspectiva de contemplar uma pluralidade no noticiário segmentado. Em 2007, deu origem à revista homônima de distribuição gratuita - com circulação em São Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba e Florianópolis. Diariamente, o site cobre o cenário LGBT do Brasil e do mundo com reportagens e notas rápidas. A página recebe atualmente 1,8 milhão de visitantes e tem mais 7 milhões de pageviews mensais.

O site conta com seis canais e 29 subcanais, onde são publicadas notícias sobre moda, política, noite, celebridades, mercado, direitos, guia, agenda, turismo, cobertura de Paradas, música, televisão, artes, blogs e seções multimídia como podcasts, vídeos e galerias de fotos, com conteúdo de interesse para gays, lésbicas, bissexuais, transgêneros e toda a diversidade sexual.

Em outubro de 2008, o Grupo Arco-Íris, do Rio de Janeiro, premiou o site na categoria “Imprensa”, no XII Prêmio Arco-Íris de Direitos Humanos. Em junho de 2009, o grupo Glich – Grupo Liberdade, Igualdade e Cidadania Homossexual, de Feira de Santana (BA), contemplou o site na categoria “Mídia”, pela excelência nos artigos e matérias para a comunidade LGBT.


O site conta com seis canais e 29 subcanais onde são publicadas notícias sobre moda, política, noite, celebridades, mercado, direitos, guia, agenda, turismo, cobertura de Paradas, música, televisão, artes, blogs e seções multimídia como podcasts, vídeos e galerias de fotos que traz conteúdo de interesse para gays, lésbicas, bissexuais, transgeneros e toda a diversidade sexual de maneira ampla, com uma visão vanguardista e contemporânea.
