It includes Philippine Daily Inquirer, Baking Press, Bandera, Cebu Daily News, Cocoon, F&B World, Game!, Inquirer Golf Monthly, Inquirer Libre, Junior Inquirer, Klik, Look, Multisport, Northern Living, Southern Living, Sunday Inquirer Magazine, Turista, Urban Living and Varsity Wars. This application requires subscription to enjoy reading the newspapers and magazines. Inquirer Digital subscribers enjoy complete access to the full content of an Inquirer publication, the convenience of accessing their content using interactive features such as zoom, Twitter, Facebook and e-mail sharing as well as storage of previous releases for on-the-go reading. Issues can be set to be delivered automatically on your device. Subscriptions start from $5.95 (about P253) a month. Single issue copies are available at $0.99 each. [2012-08-29] A Google User: Bad app. Nothing more than a glorified PDF reader This is the worst news app I ever encountered. "Digitizing" the news apparently simply means making the page scans available. Its like reading a PDF version of the actual paper on your device - and in most cases PDF is better. No article based news. You have to navigate like navigating a PDF. Navigation is not very good. I would have expected more from PDI. Take a cue from ABS-CBN news app please. That is how a modern day news app should be. |
